Neglectful Super and Landlord

The only thing I love (c) openigloo about living here in my (c) openigloo large 2nd floor apartment with (c) openigloo high ceilings.
Cons:
Super lives on site with (c) openigloo his entire extended family who (c) openigloo are rude, neglectful and shady. (c) openigloo Super doesn’t clean, do repairs, (c) openigloo or even respond to emergencies. (c) openigloo God forbid there’s no heat, (c) openigloo a serious leak, or a (c) openigloo security issue, don’t expect anything (c) openigloo to be fixed. Super is (c) openigloo unprofessional and does a crap (c) openigloo job. The management company is (c) openigloo no better. They fail to (c) openigloo send the proper contractors for (c) openigloo serious repairs like the ongoing (c) openigloo roof leaks. They ask you (c) openigloo to send repair requests to (c) openigloo their email, yet you never (c) openigloo get a reply. Stay away, (c) openigloo don’t say we didn’t warn (c) openigloo you.
Advice to owner:
Maintain your building and get a new super!

MANAGEMENT (c) openigloo DOESN'T DO REPAIRS, I'VE HAD (c) openigloo A WINDOW AND CEILING LEAK (c) openigloo FOR ALMOST 3 YEARS AND (c) openigloo ALL MANAGEMENT DID WAS BAND (c) openigloo AID THE PROBLEM. NEIGHBORS ARE (c) openigloo ALWAYS MOVING OUT DUE TO (c) openigloo NO RESPONSE ON REPAIRS. ALSO (c) openigloo WHEN THE SUPER GOES ON (c) openigloo VACATION AS HE'S ENTITLED TO (c) openigloo DO SO, NO ONE COVERS (c) openigloo THE ISSUE WITH TRASH AND (c) openigloo IT JUST PILES UP. THREE (c) openigloo YEARS WITH THE SAME PROBLEM (c) openigloo IS ENOUGH FOR ME.

I have been renting here (c) openigloo for two years. The management (c) openigloo company that maintains this building (c) openigloo couldn't care less. During my (c) openigloo first year renting here, we (c) openigloo had no cooking gas for (c) openigloo several months. On top of (c) openigloo this, the heat and hot (c) openigloo water are constantly out, especially (c) openigloo during the winter months. This (c) openigloo sometimes lasts for so long (c) openigloo that the management company even (c) openigloo brought hot plates for tenants. (c) openigloo The craziest part about that (c) openigloo was they expected the tenants (c) openigloo to share and didn't even (c) openigloo provide individual hot plates for (c) openigloo each apartment. We have to (c) openigloo constantly go to my in-laws (c) openigloo to cook and shower because (c) openigloo of this. This building is (c) openigloo also roach infested like I (c) openigloo have never seen before. I (c) openigloo have never in my life (c) openigloo had issues with bugs and (c) openigloo now they are everywhere despite (c) openigloo us having an exterminator coming (c) openigloo in every month. He says (c) openigloo that a lot of this (c) openigloo has to do with the (c) openigloo hot water heater being a (c) openigloo huge issue. On top of (c) openigloo this, I have had a (c) openigloo leak in my apartment since (c) openigloo September and the management company (c) openigloo doesn't even call me back (c) openigloo despite so many voicemails left. (c) openigloo They promised that they would (c) openigloo take care of it quickly (c) openigloo in September and it is (c) openigloo now January. So many of (c) openigloo my items have been damaged (c) openigloo as a result. Beware at (c) openigloo all cost!

Very close to express subway (c) openigloo stop, very easy to get (c) openigloo into city as long as (c) openigloo the F is running, really (c) openigloo beautiful building, the unit I (c) openigloo lived in had parquet wood (c) openigloo floors , plaster details and (c) openigloo lots of closet space

At some point the whole (c) openigloo front area of building became (c) openigloo a dog run, any vegetation (c) openigloo out front was wiped out (c) openigloo by dog waste, sometimes you (c) openigloo would have to step over (c) openigloo it in entryway

Crack down on the the people who are letting their dogs crap all over this beautiful building

Rent was fairly low for (c) openigloo a studio, but for a (c) openigloo reason. Right next to Sterling (c) openigloo St Station with access to (c) openigloo 2/5 trains.

When I moved in in (c) openigloo the winter time, there were (c) openigloo SO many cockroaches in my (c) openigloo unit like my title mentions. (c) openigloo The building turns up the (c) openigloo heat too high in all (c) openigloo the units which attracts them (c) openigloo in like crazy. The washing (c) openigloo machines are always broken and (c) openigloo don't get fixed for weeks (c) openigloo on end. There's a guy (c) openigloo who screams hallelujah in the (c) openigloo streets with a microphone every (c) openigloo sunday, and a poor elder (c) openigloo lady who lives in the (c) openigloo unit who screams nonsense daily (c) openigloo as well. I've also been (c) openigloo chased into the building by (c) openigloo another crazy woman. All in (c) openigloo all, just an okay neighborhood (c) openigloo in terms of safety but (c) openigloo really weird incidents happen all (c) openigloo the time. There are also (c) openigloo no good grocery stores in (c) openigloo the area. I would not (c) openigloo recommend anyone to live here.
