Heat is poor in the (c) openigloo building. Swear it doesn't get (c) openigloo warm enough to meet legal (c) openigloo requirements but maybe i'm just (c) openigloo prone to be cold cause (c) openigloo I've been told that it (c) openigloo is.

The restaurant downstairs is way (c) openigloo too loud from Thursday - (c) openigloo Sunday. They bring in a (c) openigloo live DJ and it goes (c) openigloo nonstop from the afternoon to (c) openigloo 11am
Advice to owner:
Bring the rent down even further. It’s not worth it otherwise

Near Columbia and several restaurants. (c) openigloo Quiet building.
Cons:
Massive roach infestations, rats always (c) openigloo in the garbage room, several (c) openigloo mice in my apartment, and (c) openigloo the management was unhelpful and (c) openigloo unresponsive. The occasional exterminator came (c) openigloo in and refused to properly (c) openigloo investigate or solve the many (c) openigloo problems with the apartment and (c) openigloo building. Had to live elsewhere (c) openigloo for months due to the (c) openigloo uninhabitable conditions and no rent (c) openigloo abatement was granted. Oh also, (c) openigloo no laundry in building, frequent (c) openigloo package thefts, and gas/electric bills (c) openigloo were extremely high. Save yourself (c) openigloo and avoid this property.

Elevator building on quiet street. (c) openigloo Accounting team is responsive.

Not sure the doorman is (c) openigloo needed given we now have (c) openigloo apps to open the door. (c) openigloo Apartments are older compared (c) openigloo to all the newer construction (c) openigloo in Harlem but still rents (c) openigloo are still high.

Maybe update the carpets and lighting throughout the building.
