Cons:

Advice to owner:
A new elevator would be amazing but also small changes maybe some community activities or events. We don’t really have any events to celebrate community and I feel like it would be nice to get to know some of the neighbors

Advice to owner:
Start by getting a new, responsive full-time Super, and a new maintenance and repair representative. Both are garbage. Maintenance of elevator and keeping building common areas clean also important.

Cons:
I don't think the cameras (c) openigloo work. If they did, they (c) openigloo would catch the people you (c) openigloo keep constantly breaking the lobby (c) openigloo door. One elevator would be (c) openigloo out of commission for weeks (c) openigloo at a time.
Advice to owner:
Fix or turn the cameras on. Catch the vandals of the building and terminate their lease. Take complaints seriously.
