    I absolutely loved living in (c) openigloo this building!! The staff are (c) openigloo SO nice and helpful, they (c) openigloo made my experience so great. (c) openigloo The amenities are awesome. I (c) openigloo loved using the rooftop, gym, (c) openigloo tv room, and sun deck. (c) openigloo The apartment was great with (c) openigloo beautiful views of the city. (c) openigloo We never had any rodent (c) openigloo or roach issues.
    Cons:
    Hard to think of one! (c) openigloo It's a little pricey but (c) openigloo that's it.

    Harry is the best Super (c) openigloo - he is super responsive, (c) openigloo works extremely hard, and is (c) openigloo the nicest man.
    Cons:
    We ended up having a (c) openigloo mouse in our unit in (c) openigloo the last few months we (c) openigloo lived here and management was (c) openigloo not extremely responsive.
    Advice to owner:
    Better responsiveness for rodent problem.

    Building concierge is great and (c) openigloo its 24 hours. Staff is (c) openigloo very attentive and a pleasure (c) openigloo to talk to. Great location (c) openigloo next to herald square which (c) openigloo makes getting around NYC very (c) openigloo easy. Tons of natural sunlight (c) openigloo come into the bedrooms. Great (c) openigloo view next to the Empire (c) openigloo State Building
    Cons:
    Units are a little dated (c) openigloo and AC units are quite (c) openigloo old so they are prone (c) openigloo to some issues during the (c) openigloo summer.
    Advice to owner:
    Consider upgrading key parts of the apartments (AC, Kitchen)

    Wouldn’t live here again, but (c) openigloo I didn’t have a bad (c) openigloo experience. Management is mostly nice (c) openigloo and never had any issues (c) openigloo with the amenities.
    Cons:
    Located in mid-town and neighbors (c) openigloo can be loud at night (c) openigloo when coming back from partying. (c) openigloo Heating is a huge issue (c) openigloo in the winter and was (c) openigloo never fixed despite multiple reports.

    Lived there for 3 years. (c) openigloo Super was there often if (c) openigloo we needed anything. Renovated (2018) (c) openigloo and clean.
    Cons:
    Garbage Disposal - initially we (c) openigloo would leave it on the (c) openigloo street but then started leaving (c) openigloo it outside our door and (c) openigloo super would collect. Made it (c) openigloo easier for us but just (c) openigloo odd.
    Advice to owner:
    Keep it up

    The store downstairs sometimes blocks (c) openigloo the front door to the (c) openigloo apt Insulation is not the best (c) openigloo in the units

    The apartment was super well (c) openigloo maintained, the staff are all (c) openigloo super friendly and helpful, and (c) openigloo the management is super easy (c) openigloo to work with :)
    Cons:
    The area lacks good food (c) openigloo and bars. The Korean food (c) openigloo is all really good... unfortunately, (c) openigloo that is basically your only (c) openigloo option.
    Advice to owner:
    Nothing - I love this apartment :D
