Our ceiling leaked in three (c) openigloo places, with one massive hole (c) openigloo in the bathroom unaddressed for (c) openigloo over six months. The owner (c) openigloo didn’t do anything substantive (and (c) openigloo didn’t tell us about the (c) openigloo leak history), and the property (c) openigloo managers couldn’t have cared less.

Fix the roof!

The building was well-maintained, had (c) openigloo a clean lobby with a (c) openigloo doorman to accept packages, a (c) openigloo functioning laundry room, trash chutes (c) openigloo on every floor, heating/AC (in (c) openigloo my unit at least), and (c) openigloo access to two rooftop balconies. (c) openigloo I also never had any (c) openigloo problem with pests for six (c) openigloo months of living here.

The walls for each unit (c) openigloo are very thin; I could (c) openigloo hear my neighbors when they (c) openigloo played music and sometimes loud (c) openigloo conversations. Since it’s midtown, the (c) openigloo sounds of the city (alarms, (c) openigloo loud music, cars honking/engines revving) (c) openigloo are not super muffled, so (c) openigloo important to note if you (c) openigloo aren’t able to tune it (c) openigloo out.

Building is old and historical (c) openigloo and still elevator accessible with (c) openigloo huge lofts.

The building is absolutely infested (c) openigloo with mice. I used to (c) openigloo kill 3+ daily for the (c) openigloo better part of a year. (c) openigloo The pipes are so old (c) openigloo for heat (and are huge) (c) openigloo that it sounds like someone (c) openigloo is hitting your pipes with (c) openigloo an axe all winter. Genuinely (c) openigloo never slept during the cold (c) openigloo months. The hot water is (c) openigloo dicey and there is a (c) openigloo ton of water damage from (c) openigloo leaks over the years leading (c) openigloo to lots of mold.

I loved being here but (c) openigloo I moved for a reason, (c) openigloo there aren't many pros to (c) openigloo this complex

Where to start? There’s bedbugs. (c) openigloo Infestation of roaches. It is (c) openigloo a nightmare of a building. (c) openigloo The exterminators that work for (c) openigloo the building dont do much. (c) openigloo They come monthly, still got (c) openigloo roaches.. still got bedbugs.
