Pros:
Laundry inside building, rooms are (c) openigloo nice size. Each floor has (c) openigloo a trash chute.
Cons:
No elevator in building so (c) openigloo higher up you are the (c) openigloo worst off you are especially (c) openigloo on grocery day.

Slum lords. Complained about the (c) openigloo mice problem and Alex, the (c) openigloo new propety manager has done (c) openigloo nothing.
Advice to owner:
Take care of your tenants. Waited for a exterminator to come and they never came
better maintenance please

Very run down, and had (c) openigloo not been painted, in years (c) openigloo outside door was rusted, I (c) openigloo requested change after I fell (c) openigloo from it. Sometimes I do (c) openigloo have hot water to shower.I (c) openigloo went into the apartment because (c) openigloo it was cheap, but now (c) openigloo the rent is higher. It (c) openigloo was an "as is" so (c) openigloo it was not in good (c) openigloo condition except for the wooden (c) openigloo floors. The kitchen floor is (c) openigloo old and worn out. I (c) openigloo requested repairs and fixing but (c) openigloo very little was done. Only (c) openigloo emergency repairs due to leaking (c) openigloo from the ceiling. I stayed (c) openigloo all these years because it (c) openigloo was affordable now landlords have (c) openigloo a free ride to charge (c) openigloo more for buildings that are (c) openigloo decaying and there is no (c) openigloo investment in making it better (c) openigloo for the tenants. I have (c) openigloo not received my bank statement (c) openigloo with my rent deposit either.
Advice to owner:
Work on being fair,we rent because we cannot afford a house.Please do not charge more than the legally allowed

Pros:
The superintendent is awesome and (c) openigloo has been there for years. (c) openigloo The rent is extremely reasonable (c) openigloo (hard to come by these (c) openigloo days I know). The owner (c) openigloo I’ve never met but many (c) openigloo tenants know him and everyone (c) openigloo likes him. This building still (c) openigloo has a community vibe, neighbors (c) openigloo are cool.
Cons:
Laundry room is hit-or-miss, the (c) openigloo machines are often broken. But (c) openigloo at least there is a (c) openigloo laundry room!

Advice to owner:
Heat: Turn it on in Winter, off in the Summer. Handing out free roach traps is not sending an exterminator to handle roaches and mice.
