Pet friendly and small. We (c) openigloo had no issues with neighbors. (c) openigloo We’re pretty sure many units (c) openigloo are illegal airbnbs though and (c) openigloo some guests were really loud.
Cons:
The apartment was dark and (c) openigloo roach infested. Not a good (c) openigloo combo at all. It got (c) openigloo way worse when the unit (c) openigloo upstairs moved out. I assume (c) openigloo they bombed it for roaches. (c) openigloo Also they never repaired one (c) openigloo of the bathrooms after the (c) openigloo ceiling caved in.

Cut the grass and exterminate.

(c) openigloo Hot water cuts out every (c) openigloo shower, lots of rats (like (c) openigloo A LOT) by the building (c) openigloo entrance, the building’s front door (c) openigloo lock has been broken for (c) openigloo months, mailbox is broken, packages (c) openigloo get stolen, dirty vestibule, and (c) openigloo they’re very slow to clear (c) openigloo snow etc.

Respond to repair requests and actually fix things. You don’t seem to care at all.

The (c) openigloo garbage disposal area is always (c) openigloo open, has holes in it (c) openigloo and tenants stack garbage on (c) openigloo top of each other because (c) openigloo the garbage cans are too (c) openigloo small for everyone living there. (c) openigloo The garbage disposal area is (c) openigloo infested with FIVE huge rats (c) openigloo on a nightly basis.
Advice to owner:
Clean up your property & garbage disposal area. Invest in a bigger steel garbage disposal area so that tenants do not leave it open for rats to create holes in the garbage cans and infest them.
