Clean, well maintained. Great super. (c) openigloo Rooms are spacious.
Cons:
managed by a very corporate (c) openigloo leasing company that will not (c) openigloo negotiate at all. There's also (c) openigloo some tenants that are loud (c) openigloo and disruptive. Have had to (c) openigloo contact police to resolve certain (c) openigloo issues.

Clean building, spacious apartments, friendly (c) openigloo and responsive super, most tenants (c) openigloo are quiet and respectful, in (c) openigloo a convenient location for transit (c) openigloo and groceries.
Cons:
You can feel and hear (c) openigloo the Metro North train go (c) openigloo by especially if you're in (c) openigloo a west-facing apt, on a (c) openigloo main street so packages can (c) openigloo get stolen, very noisy and (c) openigloo inconsiderate 4th fl tenant, the (c) openigloo property owner is gentrifying the (c) openigloo building so expect rent increases (c) openigloo every year

Pretty common areas, except for (c) openigloo floor hallways.
Cons:
The Super was annoying to (c) openigloo work with. He would deny (c) openigloo issues existed. Our freezer would (c) openigloo have sheets of ice at (c) openigloo the bottom and eventually leak (c) openigloo all over the floor. He (c) openigloo refused to fix it/replace it. (c) openigloo And said it’s something we (c) openigloo should deal with.

It’s well placed, with lots (c) openigloo of restaurants, pharmacies and a (c) openigloo Trader Joe’s nearby. Madison Square (c) openigloo Park is close. The apartment (c) openigloo itself was nice.
Cons:
The super barely knew which (c) openigloo way was up and would (c) openigloo happily let you go without (c) openigloo if it meant he could (c) openigloo do less work. Our fridge (c) openigloo broke and instead of trying (c) openigloo to quickly figure out the (c) openigloo solution or even a rent (c) openigloo deduction he simply suggested to (c) openigloo “Put the food in a (c) openigloo plastic bag and hang it (c) openigloo out of the window. It’s (c) openigloo cold outside.”. The trash area (c) openigloo was right as you walk (c) openigloo into the building and it (c) openigloo was disgusting quite frankly. The (c) openigloo super would disappear for weeks (c) openigloo at a time and the (c) openigloo replacement didn’t clear it. During (c) openigloo Hurricane Ida a leak appeared (c) openigloo in the roommate’s ceiling and (c) openigloo the management did not send (c) openigloo anyone out to fix the (c) openigloo hole. We moved out with (c) openigloo the hole intact. The neighbors (c) openigloo would stamp around upstairs and (c) openigloo scream constantly on their terrace (c) openigloo downstairs. Needed renovation.
Advice to owner:
Hire people that want to work and manage the building better.

Cons:
Terrible terrible terrible management. I’ve (c) openigloo been in nyc over a (c) openigloo decade, worst building I’ve lived (c) openigloo in! Barely clean. They try (c) openigloo to sneak in charges all (c) openigloo the time. The landlord is (c) openigloo truly a bad person, nickel (c) openigloo and dimes. Takes weeks for (c) openigloo management to respond. I had (c) openigloo to call a lawyer to (c) openigloo email them to fix my (c) openigloo broken heat! Highly recommend literally (c) openigloo anywhere else.
