Reviews

Great building way too expensive
Former Tenant
Pros:
The doormen are always super (c) openigloo nice, really cordial and helpful. (c) openigloo The gym is great, I (c) openigloo enjoy the ping pong table (c) openigloo and the pool table.
Cons:
Rent for the unit I (c) openigloo stayed in was waaaayyyy too (c) openigloo expensive considering it was a (c) openigloo 1 bedroom, no laundry and (c) openigloo the amenities
Totally Fine + Great Area
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location Staff is very friendly and (c) openigloo helpful
Cons:
Extremely expensive for an average (c) openigloo apartment
Solid but expensive
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building staff and front (c) openigloo desk are all lovely, especially (c) openigloo Sergio and Mindy. The unit (c) openigloo was nice, but not the (c) openigloo best or newest especially considering (c) openigloo the price. Great location may (c) openigloo justify it for you.
Cons:
The elevators felt slow for (c) openigloo an apartment with only 15 (c) openigloo floors, and there are only (c) openigloo 3 lifts you can use (c) openigloo which means heavy traffic during (c) openigloo certain times. The gym was (c) openigloo good but small, and costs (c) openigloo an extra $50/mo.
Current resident there
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice building. Spacious 2 bed (c) openigloo 2 bath.
Cons:
Management is okay. They raise (c) openigloo rents a lot. The lobby (c) openigloo is weird. Gym is dark
Advice to owner:
You should try to incentivize current residents to stay instead of offering worse renewal rates than to new residents
Love The Chrystie
Former Tenant
Pros:
Incredible doorman, love the location, (c) openigloo helpful staff for any requests (c) openigloo and needs, love the windows (c) openigloo and views, large units
Cons:
slightly old units / building (c) openigloo and loud at night
Advice to owner:
competitive pricing for the oldness of the building
Luxury
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice staff, clean well-cared for (c) openigloo building, apartments are nice, rarely (c) openigloo any bugs, maintenance comes quick (c) openigloo when needing repair,
Cons:
Lower floors facing street can (c) openigloo very noisy, windows don’t have (c) openigloo screens, units are often over (c) openigloo priced. Apartments are nice but (c) openigloo not worth as much as (c) openigloo going fir
Advice to owner:
Great staff
Amazing views but understaffed
Former Tenant
Pros:
Spectacular views uptown (think public (c) openigloo rooftop) if you get the (c) openigloo right unit, very clean and (c) openigloo we haven’t seen a single (c) openigloo insect in 16 months
Cons:
Unbelievably expensive and understaffed - (c) openigloo one person at the desk (c) openigloo and 400 units in the (c) openigloo building, they don’t know who (c) openigloo lives here and who’s a (c) openigloo guest
Advice to owner:
Hire more staff!
Great spot to live but expensive
Former Tenant
Pros:
The amenities and management are (c) openigloo strong points the building feels (c) openigloo upscale
Cons:
A lot of barking dogs, (c) openigloo getting packages is a pain, (c) openigloo the rent is way too (c) openigloo high
Advice to owner:
$4.5k each for a 2br? Have you lost it?
Beware of sleazy practices! Smokers in building! Unlivable unit!
Former Tenant
Pros:
People that work here (doormen, (c) openigloo porters, maintenance crew) are GREAT, (c) openigloo responsive, cordial and very helpful.
Cons:
Management lies to extract rent (c) openigloo from you. Next door (c) openigloo neighbor smokes. They hid (c) openigloo the issue by saying unit (c) openigloo was not affected and get (c) openigloo me to sign lease, then (c) openigloo LIED about fact they never (c) openigloo disclosed issue, and then tried (c) openigloo to move me to another (c) openigloo unit with higher rent (sweet (c) openigloo deal!). Beware of (c) openigloo what they say as they (c) openigloo will do ANYTHING to charge (c) openigloo rent in unlivable apartment units.
Advice to owner:
Fire your management company. They will get you into unnecessary litigation with all the evidence against them.
Decent place to live in
Former Tenant
Pros:
Huge apartment, beautiful neighborhood, renovated (c) openigloo apt, mainly nice neighbors, diverse (c) openigloo building, nearby supermarket.
Cons:
Far from train, the super (c) openigloo isn’t nice, the laundry room (c) openigloo sucks, and some neighbors with (c) openigloo dogs are very inconsiderate
