there was an active cockroach (c) openigloo infestation in the building. we (c) openigloo complained several times, including filing (c) openigloo a 311 complaint and receiving (c) openigloo an order from the city (c) openigloo mandating our landlord to take (c) openigloo certain pest control measure. the (c) openigloo landlord never did anything to (c) openigloo remedy the issue. downstairs neighbor (c) openigloo very sensitive to noise and (c) openigloo rude

Apartments are small and dark. (c) openigloo The landlord only has an (c) openigloo answering machine for repair requests (c) openigloo so if you have an (c) openigloo emergency off hours you are (c) openigloo out of luck. There are (c) openigloo also lots of pests such (c) openigloo as mice and cockroaches.

lot of hassle when we (c) openigloo first moved in, repairs that (c) openigloo should have been done. apt (c) openigloo must have been vacant for (c) openigloo a long time, was dusty (c) openigloo and worn down at first living (c) openigloo near the daycare means hearing (c) openigloo recess and kids screaming! i see (c) openigloo the occasional roach when the (c) openigloo weather changes, but nothing extreme.

The super is incredibly friendly (c) openigloo and responsive. It has two (c) openigloo grocery stores (one right next (c) openigloo to the building and the (c) openigloo other across the street) and (c) openigloo two bus stops right by.

It’s on a busy street (c) openigloo and can get very loud (c) openigloo if your apartment is facing (c) openigloo the street
