    I loved everything about this (c) openigloo spot aside from the size. (c) openigloo It's a great starter place (c) openigloo - but many of the (c) openigloo units don't have a full (c) openigloo size stove or bedroom. That (c) openigloo said, no pests, no problems, (c) openigloo and responsive management.
    Cons:
    Super tiny and wanted to (c) openigloo stay but because it's a (c) openigloo great building other more sizeable (c) openigloo units don't open often
    Advice to owner:
    Install better appliances in older units - but otherwise good work!

    Take a while to fix (c) openigloo things when not avoiding fixing (c) openigloo at all. abounded units in (c) openigloo the back. half of the (c) openigloo laundry machines have been out (c) openigloo of order for a while (c) openigloo now. The management office lied (c) openigloo to me more than once.

    Get a better management company.

    I love the location of (c) openigloo this building and the management (c) openigloo company is pretty responsive.
    Cons:
    Packages get stolen if the (c) openigloo deliverer doesn't have the building (c) openigloo code. The hallway area has (c) openigloo a weird smell. Our fridge has (c) openigloo been broken on and off (c) openigloo and they haven't done much (c) openigloo about it

    - Owner and management were (c) openigloo horrible people, asked us to (c) openigloo lie to other tenants about (c) openigloo what issues there were when (c) openigloo asked - pipes banged incredibly loudly - (c) openigloo rats in the walls - mice (c) openigloo got into our apt with (c) openigloo little done to remediate - one (c) openigloo room had water begin dripping (c) openigloo from the ceiling, their toilet (c) openigloo foaming, and an odor of (c) openigloo sewage that was around the (c) openigloo whole year
