- Laundry always breaking, very (c) openigloo old, only 2 machines - Management (c) openigloo does not respond to anything, (c) openigloo when they do they are (c) openigloo rude - Second bedroom does not (c) openigloo have a real window to (c) openigloo the outdoors, no A/C access (c) openigloo or heating - Brown stains on (c) openigloo walls when it rains, heard (c) openigloo from other tenants about mold (c) openigloo problems as well - "No pets" (c) openigloo even though original StreetEasy listing (c) openigloo said pets allowed - Really weak (c) openigloo water pressure - Previous live-in super (c) openigloo was timely and responsive, new (c) openigloo super not so much - Can (c) openigloo get noise from the outdoor (c) openigloo patio space attached to another (c) openigloo building

Reply to emails, do some repairs, find some way to provide heat/air conditioning to second bedrooms!!

- discovered excrement in the (c) openigloo toilet on move in. Place (c) openigloo was once cleaned but since (c) openigloo was dirty again - super is (c) openigloo angry, forgetful, with poor communication. - (c) openigloo could't sleep in bedroom, ceiling (c) openigloo made from paper, noise and (c) openigloo vibrations wake you up from (c) openigloo above - Apt came with huge (c) openigloo wholes where heating elements came (c) openigloo from boiler room, wholes were (c) openigloo not covered, so mice came (c) openigloo too. - Bathroom ceiling leaked 4 (c) openigloo times. First time it happened (c) openigloo super kept forgetting to send (c) openigloo a plumber. - Incredibly hard to (c) openigloo deal with super and property (c) openigloo manager.
Advice to owner:
Sell the building, let someone else do it, Add ceiling noise reduction to the bedroom.

Laundry in (c) openigloo building is nice. It’s generally (c) openigloo a quiet spot, except for (c) openigloo some of the traffic on (c) openigloo 3rd Ave. 5-10 min walk (c) openigloo to the train. Post office (c) openigloo nearby
Cons:
The trash is around the (c) openigloo corner in another building which (c) openigloo was really annoying. Some of (c) openigloo the units are flex and (c) openigloo had “bedrooms” with no windows. (c) openigloo The management was so hard (c) openigloo to deal with, slow to (c) openigloo respond and very rude. You (c) openigloo have to write checks and (c) openigloo mail them to pay rent (c) openigloo which was a hassle.

Get a portal to pay rent online

Cons:
There were ceiling leaks and (c) openigloo the radiators would get very (c) openigloo hot! There were also a (c) openigloo roaches every now and then.
Advice to owner:
Units could do with some renovations. Double paned windows would also be nice for sound quality (it's on a busy intersection).

Hot water during the winter (c) openigloo isnt really a consistent thing. (c) openigloo Super will ghost you most (c) openigloo times. Also might come into (c) openigloo your apartment without you knowing. (c) openigloo Will raise rent.

Quiet building in a quiet (c) openigloo area. Building feels safe and (c) openigloo secure. Reasonable rent for a (c) openigloo 1br. In-building laundry is convenient.
Cons:
Hot water off every few (c) openigloo weeks, heat off 10+ times (c) openigloo in the thick of winter (c) openigloo for multiple days at a (c) openigloo time. Management not always responsive.
Advice to owner:
More frequent cleanings of the lobby area/carpeted hallways/walls as well as the laundry area would be nice.
