Cons:
A bit pricey, hallway carpets (c) openigloo could use replacing, can get (c) openigloo noisy depending on what side (c) openigloo of the building you're on (c) openigloo (lots of bars around)
Advice to owner:
Charge a bit less, and you'll have less turnover of all these young people

Super is very responsive. Exterminator (c) openigloo came regularly to spray for (c) openigloo pests. Never saw a cockroach (c) openigloo in my apartment, but it (c) openigloo was higher up. Cool neighborhood. (c) openigloo Pretty close to ACE.
Cons:
Walls are pretty thin. Have (c) openigloo heard other tenants through them. (c) openigloo Garbage room is almost always (c) openigloo full and only accessible outside (c) openigloo the building. Interior decor pretty (c) openigloo dated. Just an old building.
Advice to owner:
Add more space for trash disposal. Update apartment appliances.

The super (c) openigloo is fantastic, lives in the (c) openigloo building next door and was (c) openigloo very responsive to any maintenance (c) openigloo issues when I was a (c) openigloo tenant. He’s even let (c) openigloo me in once or twice (c) openigloo when I’ve locked myself out. (c) openigloo Very well kept building (c) openigloo with good details (exposed brick (c) openigloo wall, renovated kitchen) for the (c) openigloo price. I felt like (c) openigloo a human being when I (c) openigloo lived here!

I lived on the first (c) openigloo floor so noise could be (c) openigloo an issue, and I had (c) openigloo a few mice during change (c) openigloo of seasons.
