Basically everything. We did have (c) openigloo roaches, but mgmt was great (c) openigloo and my exterminator was a (c) openigloo cool guy, gave us good (c) openigloo advice. Overall rocked
Cons:
Tough approval process not a ton (c) openigloo of units available some of the (c) openigloo floorplans have weird long hallways (c) openigloo that feel dated

Units have world charm (c) openigloo with modern touches. 24 hour (c) openigloo security and package retrieval system (c) openigloo comes in handy. Gym, laundry (c) openigloo room, and bike storage in (c) openigloo building.
Cons:
The garden is pretty to (c) openigloo look at, but there is (c) openigloo nowhere to sit and enjoy (c) openigloo it.
Advice to owner:
Add seating to the garden area. The hallways, stairwells, and building common areas are always cleaned and well-maintained, but they could be updated to give the coop a more luxurious feel.

Faulty windows, elevators always breaking (c) openigloo down, insufficient heat, bad plumbing/water (c) openigloo pressure and temperature, no seating (c) openigloo for residents
