Reviews

Arie Weissman Slumlord King
Former Tenant
Pros:
The ONLY pro would be (c) openigloo me getting to work within (c) openigloo 15 minutes.
Cons:
Zero heat! Zero water pressure! (c) openigloo Refurbished appliances with mold & (c) openigloo roaches. Mr. Weissman take zero (c) openigloo accountability & takes no action (c) openigloo in putting in your maintenance (c) openigloo request. NYC Building workers will (c) openigloo become your friends because you (c) openigloo will find yourself reporting this (c) openigloo slumlord over & over again
Advice to owner:
You take our money money then you should get to work DAILY!
Shut building down
Former Tenant
Pros:
They give good heat, and (c) openigloo hot water. THAT'S IT THAT'S (c) openigloo ALL.
Cons:
They don't fix anything, clean (c) openigloo anything, do anything. They don't (c) openigloo care. These apartments are falling (c) openigloo apart and they do nothing. (c) openigloo They always have an excuse (c) openigloo on why they keep things (c) openigloo messed up. The people they're (c) openigloo now moving in don't care (c) openigloo about the building. They live (c) openigloo here and tear it up, (c) openigloo don't respect their neighbors. It's (c) openigloo a sh$t show in here.
Advice to owner:
If you don't want to do your job STOP buying buildings. You're scared of your tenants so they do whatever they want. Stop going into these minority neighborhoods buying buildings to let them be torn apart by the people they move in.
This place is
Former Tenant
Pros:
Pro is the garbage gets (c) openigloo taken out?
Cons:
Horrible building unsatisfactory and now (c) openigloo update now there are mice (c) openigloo in the building Building management (c) openigloo and Super never get back (c) openigloo when trying to get a (c) openigloo hold of them is the (c) openigloo worst
Advice to owner:
Could do better in building maintenance and in Super and tenant communication also could do and improve and time management in fixing up and checking on tenants with issues in their apartment and not have their workers call them names or talk behind their back or in front of them, while doing their work with their colleagues tenants and buildings have the right to complain about any work that needs to be done, and should be done in a timely and respectable manner
Mouse infestation in this building
Former Tenant
Pros:
I don’t like nothing about (c) openigloo it
Cons:
Loud music playing at 5am
A good find
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quite neighbors nice apartment
Cons:
It gets very chilly in (c) openigloo the winter
nasty dirty nasty
Former Tenant
Pros:
theres nothing to say
Cons:
rats roaches garbage every where
Advice to owner:

Run Away Fast!!!
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartments are spacious, and (c) openigloo you have access to storage (c) openigloo units.
Cons:
This place feels like a (c) openigloo horror movie: - the old (c) openigloo management used to screen the (c) openigloo new tenants; now, they let (c) openigloo anyone in the building. People (c) openigloo blast music all night long (c) openigloo and show a lack of (c) openigloo respect. - the new tenants let (c) openigloo their kids run all over (c) openigloo the building and liter. No (c) openigloo one really picks up after (c) openigloo them. This attracts rodents to (c) openigloo the buildings, and now you (c) openigloo might see rats; there are (c) openigloo roaches and mice in the (c) openigloo building and other pests. - (c) openigloo the new management and newer (c) openigloo super really don’t do anything (c) openigloo - they rarely answer the (c) openigloo phone. - the building doesn't clean (c) openigloo out the garbage rooms daily, (c) openigloo OR they pick and choose (c) openigloo which garbage they want to (c) openigloo take out. I.e., if you (c) openigloo throw out a television, it (c) openigloo might be in there for (c) openigloo weeks. - the building is filthy (c) openigloo as no one cleans the (c) openigloo staircases, laundry room, or elsewhere - (c) openigloo honestly, I can go on (c) openigloo and on — this place (c) openigloo is not worth the rent (c) openigloo or headache
Advice to owner:
Do better! Stop letting anyone move in the building, keep it clean, and be better individuals.
This place is terrible. In all honesty!
Former Tenant
Pros:
No pros unless your a (c) openigloo roach or rat looking for (c) openigloo an apartment.
Cons:
Life threatening, poor maintenance, landlord (c) openigloo lacks professionalism, he pays a (c) openigloo homeless man by the name (c) openigloo of “Pechi” with beer to (c) openigloo clean his building. Rats are (c) openigloo out growing household pets and (c) openigloo becoming very dangerous. And soooo (c) openigloo much more .
Advice to owner:
Sale the building to someone who can afford to get it together.
Run of you can
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to the subway station
Cons:
Be ready to wake up (c) openigloo without hot water and heat (c) openigloo during the coldest day. Be (c) openigloo ready to fix things yourself (c) openigloo because the landlord won’t do (c) openigloo it. Make sure you are (c) openigloo at home if you are (c) openigloo expecting a package otherwise it (c) openigloo will stolen.
Money hungry slumlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s close to transportation and (c) openigloo grocery stores and shopping is (c) openigloo convenient
Cons:
The landlord wants his rent (c) openigloo on time but is not (c) openigloo on time with giving heat (c) openigloo hot water or addressing repairs
Advice to owner:
Be just as aggressive with maintaining your building and repairs as you are about collecting your rent
