Apartment facing the back is (c) openigloo decently quiet, but the neighbors (c) openigloo are not. They often are (c) openigloo yelling in the hallway or (c) openigloo in the backyard now that (c) openigloo there's a common area back (c) openigloo there. Renovations are nice, small (c) openigloo but solid dishwasher, nicely renovated (c) openigloo bathroom, good location if you (c) openigloo can stand being in the (c) openigloo heart of LES nightlife. No (c) openigloo issues with bugs and they (c) openigloo got rid of the rats (c) openigloo in the back. Additionally they (c) openigloo have outdoor bike racks (unprotected (c) openigloo from the elements but safe (c) openigloo from theft), good floors, lots (c) openigloo of closet space

Apartments are so incredibly small (c) openigloo they are essentially studios with (c) openigloo a set of pocket doors (c) openigloo that create a "bedroom", the (c) openigloo other tenants are largely the (c) openigloo obnoxious type, packages stolen constantly, (c) openigloo heat is out of control (c) openigloo in the winter making it (c) openigloo impossible to sleep, management is (c) openigloo largely uncommunicative, bathrooms are very (c) openigloo small, absolutely no counter space (c) openigloo available for cooking, building reeks (c) openigloo of weed and cigarettes, puke (c) openigloo and trash on the front (c) openigloo stoop, there was an entire (c) openigloo year of loud and unbearable (c) openigloo construction noise with no concessions (c) openigloo from the building, no laundry

I realize the apartments are renovated and in a good location, but you're charging way too much for a building with this many unaddressed problems

Location. Finishes in unit.
Cons:
Typical NYC heating where it’s (c) openigloo always either too hot or (c) openigloo too cold and you have (c) openigloo no control. Public spaces were (c) openigloo not kept clean. Water took (c) openigloo forever to get warm.
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive.
It’s a trap! Avoid at all costs.

Pros:
The appliances and cabinetry are (c) openigloo relatively new. The sliding frosted (c) openigloo glass doors that turn a (c) openigloo studio into something closer to (c) openigloo a one bedroom are nice.
Cons:
Management is terrible. A supposed (c) openigloo 3-6 month construction project has (c) openigloo dragged on for nearly a (c) openigloo year. The construction caused regular (c) openigloo problems with noise, heat, water, (c) openigloo and building security (also building (c) openigloo integrity, at one point a (c) openigloo building inspector made an emergency (c) openigloo visit). Package theft is rampant. (c) openigloo Once, the front door code (c) openigloo was changed in the middle (c) openigloo of the day without alerting (c) openigloo residents and multiple people got (c) openigloo locked out of the building. (c) openigloo Heat was below legally mandated (c) openigloo levels in the winter. This (c) openigloo building looks nice and the (c) openigloo rent appears reasonable for the (c) openigloo neighborhood (if you are okay (c) openigloo with the very small unit (c) openigloo size), but the amenities (like (c) openigloo the promised back garden that (c) openigloo has been claimed to be (c) openigloo a few weeks away from (c) openigloo completion for months now) are (c) openigloo a trick to get you (c) openigloo in the door. Believe nothing (c) openigloo that management tells you. The (c) openigloo “preferential rent” rider in the (c) openigloo lease is a trick to (c) openigloo basically sign away your right (c) openigloo to complain about poor treatment.

Repent.

Units are really small. Very (c) openigloo little counter space in kitchen. (c) openigloo ***MAJOR*** rat problem in the (c) openigloo garbage yard in the back. (c) openigloo Packages often get stolen

Great location. New-ish-ly renovated apartments. (c) openigloo Utilities always worked fine.
Cons:
These are studios, no matter (c) openigloo if the broker can “legally” (c) openigloo call them a one bedroom. (c) openigloo Water pressure was low. Roof (c) openigloo has leaked during heavy rains.

The building provides an (c) openigloo online platform where you can (c) openigloo pay rent, submit tickets for (c) openigloo any issues, and receive response (c) openigloo and announcement from the building, (c) openigloo which saves a lot of (c) openigloo calls and time which could (c) openigloo be wasted on communication. The (c) openigloo building is recently renovated, and (c) openigloo the backyard is under construction (c) openigloo to be transferred into a (c) openigloo nice space for picnic and (c) openigloo BIKE parking! My apartment is (c) openigloo small and nice with a (c) openigloo huge closet and brick walls. (c) openigloo Perfect location and young neighborhood. (c) openigloo Landry is 1 min walk (c) openigloo distance.
Cons:
The landlord increased rent by (c) openigloo 20% post COVID. The (c) openigloo side facing Ludlow street is (c) openigloo loud. The noice is worse (c) openigloo in the summer because it (c) openigloo comes through the AC and (c) openigloo the street is more crowded (c) openigloo (lots of bars downstairs). Packages (c) openigloo got stolen very often.
Advice to owner:
Install camera and warning in the hallway to prevent packages from being stolen.
