    Nice place except for the holes in the roof

    Pros:
    Nice building and a great (c) openigloo part of town. Super is (c) openigloo a wonderful person.
    Cons:
    Our ceiling leaked in three (c) openigloo places, with one massive hole (c) openigloo in the bathroom unaddressed for (c) openigloo over six months. The owner (c) openigloo didn’t do anything substantive (and (c) openigloo didn’t tell us about the (c) openigloo leak history), and the property (c) openigloo managers couldn’t have cared less.
    Advice to owner:
    Fix the roof!
    New Super has made such a difference!

    Pros:
    Our live-in Super, Moses, is (c) openigloo incredible. My first year living (c) openigloo here, I constantly had pest (c) openigloo problems and issues with the (c) openigloo piping, etc. Moses goes above (c) openigloo and beyond for the tenants (c) openigloo in this building. Whether is (c) openigloo helping you replace an AC (c) openigloo unit, Making a spare key (c) openigloo for you, or just greeting (c) openigloo you warmly with a “good (c) openigloo morning!” Or “have a nice (c) openigloo day!”, I will stay in (c) openigloo this building as long as (c) openigloo possible because of Moses! Thank (c) openigloo you for all that you (c) openigloo do!
    Cons:
    Only thing is there is (c) openigloo no central air, which I (c) openigloo know is often the case (c) openigloo with older buildings!
    Advice to owner:
    Keep Moses as long as possible!
