Also, people occasionally smoke (c) openigloo in the hallways. cigarettes, weed (c) openigloo you name it, and sometimes (c) openigloo block the stairway inside the (c) openigloo building. Very ghetto here.
Advice to owner:
Be more strict about building policies.
