Pros:
Nice big windows with window seals you can sit on or fit plants on
Cons:
Every night ALL YEAR ROUND people blocking the entrance sitting on stoop, playing loud music, and stare you down as you walk through the entrance. They leave their garbage everywhere including liquor bottles, and they are there most of the day. Also, people occasionally smoke in the hallways. cigarettes, weed you name it, and sometimes block the stairway inside the building. Very ghetto here.
Advice to owner:
Be more strict about building policies.
