I love the neighborhood and (c) openigloo my unit. It is recently (c) openigloo renovated to ensure that it (c) openigloo can no longer be rent (c) openigloo stabalized. Cleaners are prompt when (c) openigloo a call is made for (c) openigloo poop in the hallway or (c) openigloo vestibule.
Cons:
Winter brings the rats and (c) openigloo cockroaches. We have learned how (c) openigloo to manage and keep it (c) openigloo under control for next year (c) openigloo but it’s a bad bad (c) openigloo problem. The landlord left the (c) openigloo front door without a lock (c) openigloo for quite a while which (c) openigloo meant someone lived in our (c) openigloo halls and pooped everywhere. This (c) openigloo happened for a few months. (c) openigloo Currently, this building is experiencing (c) openigloo a lot of vacancies because (c) openigloo rent is going from 2300-3300. (c) openigloo This is due to “COVID (c) openigloo discounts” being removed but we (c) openigloo all knew it would be (c) openigloo short lived.

Living here was a horrific (c) openigloo nightmare with no positives to (c) openigloo say.
Cons:
This building has a horrible (c) openigloo horrible BEDBUG problem. We had (c) openigloo an exterminator come three times (c) openigloo and each time we had (c) openigloo to pay to have our (c) openigloo clothing sent out and our (c) openigloo pets boarded away. We threw (c) openigloo so much furniture away and (c) openigloo spent thousands of dollars having (c) openigloo to deal with this never (c) openigloo ending problem. When we would (c) openigloo ask management to help with (c) openigloo other costs they would refuse. (c) openigloo I can only hope that (c) openigloo no one pays the $3,300 (c) openigloo that they’re asking for. Please (c) openigloo please please do not go (c) openigloo through what I went through.

Care about the people that live in your building.
