- Responsive Super - Clean common (c) openigloo areas - Virtual door key/package cage - (c) openigloo Reasonable rent increases - Really wonderful (c) openigloo management company
Cons:
A few of the neighbors (c) openigloo had a loose relationship with (c) openigloo general "quiet" hours, ie: blasting (c) openigloo music in the middle of (c) openigloo the night. However, management was (c) openigloo incredibly responsive and we felt (c) openigloo they were managing it the (c) openigloo best they could.
Advice to owner:
Keep doing what you are doing! We miss BEM :)
Decent Old School Building in Little Italy

Great location and nice neighbors, (c) openigloo many of whom have lived (c) openigloo there for decades.
Cons:
Building is old and worn (c) openigloo around the edges. The neighborhood (c) openigloo is very loud given the (c) openigloo tourist area. Also issues with (c) openigloo package theft given high traffic (c) openigloo area.

Beautiful historic building in a (c) openigloo wonderful neighborhood. Landlord is friendly (c) openigloo and generally helpful.
Cons:
It faces the street and (c) openigloo I can often hear people (c) openigloo rummaging through the trash. Not (c) openigloo sure what there really is (c) openigloo to do about that, though. Apartment (c) openigloo is extremely cold in the (c) openigloo winter though and doesn’t heat (c) openigloo up well even with heating (c) openigloo on.
