Add laundry to the building, fix the plumbing issues

-Location was really convenient for (c) openigloo subway access - neighbors were kind

-There is no elevator and (c) openigloo there are 4 flights of (c) openigloo stairs -pest control was poor -floor layout (c) openigloo was poor and move in (c) openigloo was a mess because management (c) openigloo and the super had miscommunications (c) openigloo -randomly update things without notifying (c) openigloo tenants (created an issue for (c) openigloo package deliveries) -was not exactly impressed (c) openigloo with interactions with the super, (c) openigloo felt like he pushed expensive (c) openigloo alternatives to fixing issues which (c) openigloo didn’t sit with me right -floors (c) openigloo were warped and got worse (c) openigloo with issues regarding heating -fixing the (c) openigloo heating issue was a long (c) openigloo annoying issue - when first (c) openigloo moving in, setting up utilities (c) openigloo was awful because it worked (c) openigloo around the supers schedule so (c) openigloo it was extremely annoying trying (c) openigloo to find a way that (c) openigloo the National Grid member would (c) openigloo access the cellar because the (c) openigloo super would only be there (c) openigloo for his set schedule and (c) openigloo there was no way to (c) openigloo schedule a specific time with (c) openigloo NG - rent increased to something (c) openigloo that makes no sense in (c) openigloo my head considering the building (c) openigloo just isn’t that great.

The heat system was faulty. (c) openigloo The radiator would leak and (c) openigloo make very large sounds. Management (c) openigloo is very slow to answer (c) openigloo emails and solve issues. Had (c) openigloo several instances of mice and (c) openigloo it took very long for (c) openigloo it to be taken seriously. (c) openigloo Very expensive.

The super was really attentive (c) openigloo and sweet. The apartments have (c) openigloo good amenities like in unit (c) openigloo laundry. The location on state (c) openigloo street is soooo nice. Will (c) openigloo miss that the most. Very (c) openigloo quiet street and chill neighbors.
Cons:
The bathroom was in poor (c) openigloo condition in move in, with (c) openigloo no promises to fix it (c) openigloo up. Tiles were falling off (c) openigloo and water to could seep (c) openigloo through the cracks... kinda gross (c) openigloo lol.
Advice to owner:
Maintain the bathroom finishes better.
good place to live but managers are the worst

water pressure, heat, electricity were (c) openigloo all great. super is very (c) openigloo responsive and will do everything (c) openigloo he can to fix problems (c) openigloo as soon as possible

we had a mouse problem (c) openigloo the building did absolutely nothing (c) openigloo about; the exterminators they hired (c) openigloo only gave us glue traps (c) openigloo and left it up to (c) openigloo us to figure it out.

Apartment facing the back is (c) openigloo decently quiet, but the neighbors (c) openigloo are not. They often are (c) openigloo yelling in the hallway or (c) openigloo in the backyard now that (c) openigloo there's a common area back (c) openigloo there. Renovations are nice, small (c) openigloo but solid dishwasher, nicely renovated (c) openigloo bathroom, good location if you (c) openigloo can stand being in the (c) openigloo heart of LES nightlife. No (c) openigloo issues with bugs and they (c) openigloo got rid of the rats (c) openigloo in the back. Additionally they (c) openigloo have outdoor bike racks (unprotected (c) openigloo from the elements but safe (c) openigloo from theft), good floors, lots (c) openigloo of closet space

Apartments are so incredibly small (c) openigloo they are essentially studios with (c) openigloo a set of pocket doors (c) openigloo that create a "bedroom", the (c) openigloo other tenants are largely the (c) openigloo obnoxious type, packages stolen constantly, (c) openigloo heat is out of control (c) openigloo in the winter making it (c) openigloo impossible to sleep, management is (c) openigloo largely uncommunicative, bathrooms are very (c) openigloo small, absolutely no counter space (c) openigloo available for cooking, building reeks (c) openigloo of weed and cigarettes, puke (c) openigloo and trash on the front (c) openigloo stoop, there was an entire (c) openigloo year of loud and unbearable (c) openigloo construction noise with no concessions (c) openigloo from the building, no laundry

I realize the apartments are renovated and in a good location, but you're charging way too much for a building with this many unaddressed problems
