Nice location, the rent is (c) openigloo reasonable compared to the area. (c) openigloo Trash bins are outside. Haven’t (c) openigloo seen any pests inside.
Cons:
It’s definitely an older building (c) openigloo (old appliances, peeling paint, uneven (c) openigloo floors) and the lower units (c) openigloo are really loud at night (c) openigloo due to the bars below.
Great starter apt for 1 person or couple

Pros:
Great amenities (laundry in basement, (c) openigloo elevator, 360 rooftop view, tiny (c) openigloo gym with everything you need), (c) openigloo and package room/amazon locker. Updated (c) openigloo appliances and a studio is (c) openigloo pretty roomy and your room (c) openigloo is pretty insulated. Sound proof (c) openigloo is 50/50 cannot hear neighbors (c) openigloo but can hear the elevator (c) openigloo ding every floor and hallway (c) openigloo noises. Maintenance is super fast (c) openigloo and they do an ok (c) openigloo job.
Cons:
Butterfly system virtual doorman is (c) openigloo 35-40% down all the time. (c) openigloo Homeless or people come in (c) openigloo and steal packages on the (c) openigloo floor. Delivery drivers who cannot (c) openigloo get into the mailroom drop (c) openigloo it off on the floor (c) openigloo and people steals its (management (c) openigloo does nothing about it). Loud (c) openigloo ragers goes on in the (c) openigloo rooftop every weekend in the (c) openigloo summer. Gym bench has been (c) openigloo broken for 10 + months (c) openigloo and it took them 10+ (c) openigloo months to order a new (c) openigloo one and no one assembled (c) openigloo it.

Figure out about a better way to fix the package theft issue

This building is full of (c) openigloo young people and everyone wants (c) openigloo to make friends. Okay okay (c) openigloo but the best part is (c) openigloo that each room as a (c) openigloo separate through the wall AC/Heat

The rent is a bit (c) openigloo high and there is no (c) openigloo public transport

Would recommend having a direct superintendent number or way of contacting in cases of emergency rather than being directed to a call center to be dispatched.
Decent but they raised rent too much

Cons:
no window in living space. (c) openigloo Rent raised $800 per month. (c) openigloo lot of lost packages, sometimes (c) openigloo very noisy college kids throwing (c) openigloo things from roof, sometimes takes (c) openigloo a long time to get (c) openigloo things fixed (eg stairwell lights (c) openigloo havent worked right since we (c) openigloo moved in, the same laundry (c) openigloo machine breaks every couple weeks, (c) openigloo someone left dog poop all (c) openigloo over the roof for months)
Advice to owner:
Fix the stair lights. Don’t raise the rent 20% on current tenants because that’s evil. Don’t advertise a tiny basement rm w a couple machines as a gym.
