Cons:
Noise between walls and from (c) openigloo upstairs neighbors. Floors and walls (c) openigloo are pre-ware standard so noise (c) openigloo travels!

Building management is absolutely horrible. (c) openigloo There system of having to (c) openigloo write a note and post (c) openigloo it on the basement anytime (c) openigloo there is something wrong with (c) openigloo your apartment does not work. (c) openigloo You will wait days or (c) openigloo weeks for an issue to (c) openigloo get fixed. I have had (c) openigloo countless issues since moving in (c) openigloo and it's a mission to (c) openigloo try to get someone to (c) openigloo fix it. In the winters (c) openigloo it is absolutely freezing. There (c) openigloo is always issues with not (c) openigloo having heat or hot water. (c) openigloo The basement is full off (c) openigloo roaches and waterbugs and they (c) openigloo have these horrible laundry machines (c) openigloo that continuously stop working. The (c) openigloo super couldn't be bothered with (c) openigloo anything and I can't blame (c) openigloo him 100%. Management sucks and (c) openigloo doesn't care so why should (c) openigloo he.

Large affordable apartment (due to (c) openigloo reforms to rent stabilization laws)

It has been at least (c) openigloo 15 YEARS since the hallways (c) openigloo and stairs have been painted. (c) openigloo Owner installed new security (c) openigloo system and mailboxes 3 years (c) openigloo ago but they were never (c) openigloo made functional. They remain (c) openigloo untouched.
Advice to owner:
Paint the interior stairways and halls. And sweep and mop the floors. Twice a year is not enough. And figure out the garbage. Twice a week the corner of the courtyard is piled 6 feet high with trash and recycling. This is not rocket science and it is an unsightly health hazard.

Packages are (c) openigloo stolen very quickly after being (c) openigloo delivered to the hallway, and (c) openigloo this has been happening for (c) openigloo years. Management raises the price of (c) openigloo rent without rules and however (c) openigloo they want it. Anyone can enter (c) openigloo this building because all the (c) openigloo doors are mostly unlocked.

Stay away

You need to fire your team and find a better landlord and people who work at Paro Management. Teresa sucks, highly unprofessional along with the other male that works there. DO BETTER

Management company is USELESS. The (c) openigloo laundry room has been (c) openigloo broken for over a year.. (c) openigloo no one does nothing. You (c) openigloo tell the super and he (c) openigloo just says to call the (c) openigloo management company. Don’t rent any (c) openigloo apartments facing 65th place if (c) openigloo you have a baby because (c) openigloo the noise is horrible.

Get better customer service and be better at getting back to complains. Humans live in your buildings... not just money.

Super is amazing, location is (c) openigloo good.
Cons:
Bed bugs in the other (c) openigloo wing of the building. Noisy neighbors (c) openigloo above with kids who didn’t (c) openigloo want to put carpets to (c) openigloo tune down noise. Not cleaning building (c) openigloo very often. Not willing to put (c) openigloo price down due to Covid-19.
Advice to owner:
Better to have full building then 50% occupancy.
