management was responsive. fridge broke (c) openigloo and management pulled one from (c) openigloo an empty unit and replaced (c) openigloo ours within a few hours (c) openigloo of calling. Hallways (c) openigloo and stairs cleaned weekly.
Cons:
buzzer often broken.
Advice to owner:
fix buzzer

No bug or rat problems. (c) openigloo Clean building with newly renovated (c) openigloo apartments
Cons:
No online rent payment. The (c) openigloo hot water and heat did (c) openigloo shut off a couple of (c) openigloo times in the winter but (c) openigloo management was responsive and usually (c) openigloo came and fixed within the (c) openigloo hour. The live in super (c) openigloo cannot really help with much (c) openigloo so getting repairs does take (c) openigloo some time.
Advice to owner:
Be prepared to get packages as soon as they arrive as there has been some theft issues!

the location, building, and neighbors (c) openigloo were lovely. and despite a (c) openigloo weirdly sized kitchen and no (c) openigloo closets, it was a great (c) openigloo place to land.
Cons:
The management company lost our (c) openigloo rent check on multiple occasions (c) openigloo and didn't alert us till (c) openigloo the end of the month (c) openigloo and acted like we didn't (c) openigloo pay. additionally they never fixed (c) openigloo the leaking radiator in my (c) openigloo room all winter and started (c) openigloo to ghost me after several (c) openigloo calls.
Advice to owner:
please fix things in a timely manor

They’re incentivized to do (c) openigloo the bare minimum, and in (c) openigloo a neighborhood like the WV (c) openigloo there are tenants willing to (c) openigloo pay astronomical rates so they (c) openigloo don’t care if you’re disappointed. (c) openigloo Our rent went up by (c) openigloo over 50% after the first (c) openigloo year—we knew it was a (c) openigloo COVID deal that wouldn’t last (c) openigloo but didn’t expect to pay (c) openigloo over $1,500 more per month (c) openigloo for the second year. Enjoy (c) openigloo it while you have it!

Cons:
The heating system is whack (c) openigloo - you can't turn it (c) openigloo off or control it (MGMT (c) openigloo sent letters with rent saying (c) openigloo you CANNOT turn the heat (c) openigloo gauge down on the heaters), (c) openigloo so in the dead of (c) openigloo winter with the window open (c) openigloo and a fan blowing you're (c) openigloo still sweating like you're in (c) openigloo a sauna.

Figure out how to keep your renters from sweating every day.
