I cannot think of a (c) openigloo bad thing to say about (c) openigloo this building. It is managed (c) openigloo very professionally, the apartment was (c) openigloo spotless and well maintained when (c) openigloo I moved in and the (c) openigloo front desk staff are amazing. (c) openigloo Wonderful amenities too!
Cons:
I never want to leave! (c) openigloo The shuttle bus was only (c) openigloo Monday to Friday which was (c) openigloo a pain but now they’ve (c) openigloo extended it to weekends too (c) openigloo which is great. People whine (c) openigloo about the distance to the (c) openigloo subway but the M57 crosstown (c) openigloo bus is right outside the (c) openigloo door and takes you to (c) openigloo Columbus Circle where you can (c) openigloo catch the subway - the (c) openigloo free shuttle takes you right (c) openigloo there too!
Advice to owner:
The rents are a little on the high side especially for studios and one bedrooms but you get what you pay for! Please please do something about the tenants that stick crap on their front doors - I’m talking about decorations which are tacky and detract from the building.

great location! just steps away (c) openigloo from the border entrance to (c) openigloo Hudson River and Riverside Parks. (c) openigloo This building has very nice (c) openigloo common areas and is well-designed. (c) openigloo Apartment sound-proofing was solid. Neighbors (c) openigloo keep to themselves and are (c) openigloo respectful. Doormen team are friendly (c) openigloo and helpful.
Cons:
Twelve minute walk to the (c) openigloo subway.
Outstanding amenities and very responsive landlord.

Amenities are top notch and (c) openigloo well maintained. Landlord was very (c) openigloo responsive. Building is brand new (c) openigloo and always kept clean. Building (c) openigloo staff is great!

Cons:
The real con is lease (c) openigloo renewals, it jumped obviously, but (c) openigloo as we move into the (c) openigloo off-season I’m not sure they (c) openigloo would have someone to fill (c) openigloo the apartment.
Advice to owner:
Take tenant circumstances under account in terms of lease renewals.
