Horrible management and rude landlord. (c) openigloo Please don't sign with them!! (c) openigloo The place is filthy, didn't (c) openigloo clean before we moved in. (c) openigloo Things are falling apart in (c) openigloo the apartment and all their (c) openigloo repairs are like putting a (c) openigloo bandaid because they don't want (c) openigloo to actually spend money on (c) openigloo fixing things properly. Management is (c) openigloo poor, landlord is the worst. (c) openigloo Huge nightmare. Save yourself from (c) openigloo stress and don't live here!

Cons:
Bait and Switch management company, (c) openigloo Pest, Pest and More Pest. Building (c) openigloo became infested with mice and (c) openigloo management company/ owner did not (c) openigloo want to pay for exterminators (c) openigloo and/ or properly cover holes (c) openigloo throughout the apartment. They Did (c) openigloo Not maintain Units and refused (c) openigloo to properly execute repair work (c) openigloo needed throughout the unit and (c) openigloo building. Small, Old and Overpriced ($2 (c) openigloo per wash/ dry) Washer and (c) openigloo Dryers. So Called “Super” Jose (c) openigloo would lie and not repair (c) openigloo anything properly. Management Company was (c) openigloo unprofessional and rude , would (c) openigloo become annoyed if you asked/requested (c) openigloo for any service.
Advice to owner:
Pest Management involves more than picking up some glue traps and bait poison at Home Depot.

Open space layout (aka there’s (c) openigloo a living room...), really not (c) openigloo much else.
Cons:
Literally, right by a school. (c) openigloo Kids are screaming and I (c) openigloo mean SCREAMING 8 hours a (c) openigloo day. Cars from the school (c) openigloo block traffic on the one-way (c) openigloo = continuous honking and loud (c) openigloo noise every weekday and Sundays. (c) openigloo Also, the floorboards suck. Extremely (c) openigloo squeaky, and you can hear (c) openigloo your upstairs neighbor everywhere. Highly (c) openigloo recommend avoiding this place. Heat (c) openigloo is also broken. Landlords do (c) openigloo not answer / reply promptly, (c) openigloo and there was a massive (c) openigloo roof leak a year back (c) openigloo where they just decided to (c) openigloo paint over the water damage. (c) openigloo Yeah, avoid!
Advice to owner:
Fix everything or at least pick up the phone. Upgrade to an online rent payment system, checks are outdated.
