Clean apartment with the nicest doormen

Pros:
My apartment was fairly clean (c) openigloo on move in. The biggest (c) openigloo pros for me were the (c) openigloo in unit washer and dryer (c) openigloo and the doormen.
Cons:
The water pressure was pretty (c) openigloo bad and it sometimes took (c) openigloo the owners a long time (c) openigloo to respond to maintenance calls.
Good building overall - roof is the best part

the roof is great, the (c) openigloo elevator is also super convenient. (c) openigloo very clean overall and never (c) openigloo had pest/bug issues
Cons:
only complaint is they never (c) openigloo fixed our kitchen drawer or (c) openigloo other small things like broken (c) openigloo light switch

Amenities & location are great. (c) openigloo Love the rooftop and the (c) openigloo doormen.
Cons:
The actual owners of the (c) openigloo building never reply. Never got (c) openigloo a mail key. No window (c) openigloo in one of rooms. Lots (c) openigloo of maintenance never got done.

Cons:
dryer was always breaking and (c) openigloo management wouldnt replace it microwave broke (c) openigloo and took really long time (c) openigloo to get fixed heater was always (c) openigloo making really loud noises that (c) openigloo woke me up and management (c) openigloo never fixed it. problem eventually (c) openigloo went away when it got (c) openigloo warmer

Hallways are clean, elevators work (c) openigloo and great roof
Cons:
Management will not clean or (c) openigloo fix anything, they will gas (c) openigloo light you and hold out (c) openigloo as long as possible to (c) openigloo fix something. Guy literally tried (c) openigloo to tell me the heat (c) openigloo wasn't supposed to turn off (c) openigloo when it reaches a certain (c) openigloo temperature and not having auto (c) openigloo shut off was how all (c) openigloo heaters work.
Advice to owner:
Fix things on time within a week or two atleast. People pay a lot of money to live here

Security cameras are not turned (c) openigloo on/neighbor in the building steals (c) openigloo packages, price is exorbitant for (c) openigloo the space, don’t share updates (c) openigloo around construction hours (performed indoor (c) openigloo construction on staircase for days (c) openigloo on end, never advised tenants), (c) openigloo unresponsive to maintenance requests (pipes (c) openigloo are too small in updates (c) openigloo units, leaks are common, will (c) openigloo not address stolen package issues), (c) openigloo most updated furnishes are cheaply (c) openigloo made, did not notify the (c) openigloo entire building of a cockroach (c) openigloo infestation & reduced exterminator visits (c) openigloo to “as requested” requiring tenants (c) openigloo to enroll in program without (c) openigloo advising them, leasing agents are (c) openigloo terrible/will say anything to get (c) openigloo you to sign, increased the (c) openigloo rent for everyone in the (c) openigloo building by almost 40% in (c) openigloo 2022 after promising this would (c) openigloo not happen - try to (c) openigloo ensure they do not have (c) openigloo long term renters in the (c) openigloo building, management is likely illegally (c) openigloo destabilizing the units as they (c) openigloo stopped registering rental history in (c) openigloo 2012 (when most units were (c) openigloo rent stabilized), not below intimidation (c) openigloo of tenants

Deal with the tenant stealing packages, stop ripping off your tenants out of greed - worst rental experience in NYC

Please treat your tenants better
