The units are nice, neighbors (c) openigloo are friendly, close to all (c) openigloo major trains the roaming supers (c) openigloo they use are actually all (c) openigloo very nice , the new (c) openigloo company did refresh the doors (c) openigloo and updated with electronic locks (c) openigloo which is a cool feature (c) openigloo to have
Cons:
Ever since the new company (c) openigloo took over we no longer (c) openigloo have a live in super, (c) openigloo there is graffiti all over, (c) openigloo maintence issues are not adresseed (c) openigloo as quickly or even ignored (c) openigloo constant pest issues even in (c) openigloo the hallways the roaming supers (c) openigloo seem to not have (c) openigloo enough time to address building (c) openigloo issues its timed work when (c) openigloo you need something, the (c) openigloo office ignores residents everytime you (c) openigloo do get a response its (c) openigloo from someone new its a (c) openigloo rotating mess
Advice to owner:
Improve your customer service dont take advatnage of people we are all busy but its obvious where things are lacking at the building

Other than the sewage, water (c) openigloo leaks, and pests - honestly (c) openigloo really love this apartment and (c) openigloo sad to leave.

All issues are resolved via (c) openigloo a 3rd party call center. (c) openigloo Serious issues are never fixed (c) openigloo because no one is in (c) openigloo charge of the individual building. Rude (c) openigloo property managers who are mad (c) openigloo at you that their apartment (c) openigloo has water leaks, mice, or (c) openigloo sewage backups…

Neighbours are friendly. My apartment (c) openigloo was spacious. Lots of restaurants, (c) openigloo bars, cafes and gyms right (c) openigloo at the doorstep. Very close (c) openigloo to Trader Joe's. A block (c) openigloo away from Central Park which (c) openigloo is great if you like (c) openigloo to go for runs like (c) openigloo I do. Building management was (c) openigloo organized and attentive. They have (c) openigloo an app for you to (c) openigloo put in service orders.
Cons:
The garbage sometimes piled up (c) openigloo in the garbage room, which (c) openigloo coupled with the summer heat, (c) openigloo lead to the lobby and (c) openigloo staircase smelling bad.
Advice to owner:
Improve the management of the garbage room.

there’s no control over the (c) openigloo heat so it’s very hot (c) openigloo year round even with AC (c) openigloo on and in winter months. (c) openigloo price too for no dishwasher (c) openigloo or laundry
