Cons:
Packages get stolen if the (c) openigloo deliverer doesn't have the building (c) openigloo code. The hallway area has (c) openigloo a weird smell. Our fridge has (c) openigloo been broken on and off (c) openigloo and they haven't done much (c) openigloo about it

Bed bug infested for years (c) openigloo and the entire building had (c) openigloo them - at least 6 (c) openigloo apartments and they were all (c) openigloo throughout the walls and buildings. (c) openigloo They never came to fix, (c) openigloo never answered, and the bed (c) openigloo bugs didn’t go away for (c) openigloo months. Had to move out. (c) openigloo The floors are old and (c) openigloo stained with paint everywhere. The (c) openigloo heat was always overwhelmingly hot (c) openigloo in the winter and made (c) openigloo it insufferable. Overall terrible building (c) openigloo and terrible owners and management

Management was awful. Knew about (c) openigloo an on going bed bug (c) openigloo issue for years and never (c) openigloo mitigated it. Took 3 months (c) openigloo to respond and at least (c) openigloo one floor of the building (c) openigloo was infested the entire time (c) openigloo living there
