Right by the park, right (c) openigloo by the train and easy (c) openigloo to get into the city. (c) openigloo Flatbush is a delightful neighborhood (c) openigloo and so is PLG. The (c) openigloo super is great and friendly.
Cons:
Common areas in the building (c) openigloo are not cleaned regularly. Definitely (c) openigloo a cockroach problem.
The most unresponsive building management ever

Pros:
Spacious and bright apartments, great (c) openigloo location. Gargabe management is very good (c) openigloo and overall external maintenance as (c) openigloo well.
Cons:
Almost impossible to get a (c) openigloo hold of building management (and (c) openigloo super) to address issues. Building management (c) openigloo doesn't care if the matter (c) openigloo is time sensitive, they simply (c) openigloo will not respond. No urgency in (c) openigloo addressing safety issues, like a (c) openigloo broken front door.
Advice to owner:
Make sure someone is actually managing the property.

There is a beautiful garden (c) openigloo in the front that one (c) openigloo of the tenants maintains. Left (c) openigloo up to the owners it (c) openigloo would be a weed patch. Cons:
FILTHY garbage closets on each (c) openigloo floor. The trash chute is (c) openigloo beyond disgusting and to my (c) openigloo knowledge has never been cleaned. (c) openigloo The smell is horrific and (c) openigloo often wafts into the hallways. (c) openigloo The maintenance person tries but (c) openigloo can't keep up with the (c) openigloo daily filth. There are a (c) openigloo few tenants who throw dirty (c) openigloo recycles, pizza boxes (with food (c) openigloo in them still!) and other (c) openigloo food waste in the room, (c) openigloo oftentimes on the floor. Cockroaches (c) openigloo are a serious problem. Big (c) openigloo ones and small ones. There (c) openigloo is a monthly exterminating service (c) openigloo that is very unpredictable - (c) openigloo never know what time they (c) openigloo will show up and it (c) openigloo really doesn't seem to be (c) openigloo helping anyway. In the winter, (c) openigloo it is not uncommon for (c) openigloo the heat to mysteriously shut (c) openigloo off over a weekend when (c) openigloo the office is closed. The (c) openigloo basement, which is also the (c) openigloo "laundry room", has no exit (c) openigloo in the event of a (c) openigloo fire. Windows are barred and (c) openigloo there is no way out. (c) openigloo It's a frightening thought that (c) openigloo if something happens, you are (c) openigloo trapped.

As a rule, I don't write reviews because they can be very hurtful and damaging. That's not my intention here. I am hoping that the owners see this and maybe care just a little. They know what needs to be done.

Building is not maintained well, (c) openigloo dark lobby and no cameras (c) openigloo facing the mail boxes, packages (c) openigloo often stolen. Rat infestation (c) openigloo in the front of the (c) openigloo building with many visible rat (c) openigloo holes, also near the garbage (c) openigloo area. Front lawn is (c) openigloo hasn’t been maintained either as (c) openigloo other near by buildings do (c) openigloo this regularly. Went for (c) openigloo months without a super and (c) openigloo although there seems to be (c) openigloo one now, no info on (c) openigloo the new super is posted (c) openigloo within the building.
Advice to owner:
Rent is too much especially for the lack of standards being upheld. Compared to other local prewar buildings, this one is pretty unkempt. Front lawn area should be cared for in addition to effectively handling the rat infestation which makes it scary to even dispose of garbage. Several cracks in corners and floors allowing roaches and other insects to have an easy entry to apartments regardless of cleanliness within the apartment. Lobby needs better lighting and another camera facing the mail box area. Update new super information, name, phone number, apartment number if applicable.

Cons:
A LOT of pest. Super (c) openigloo was unresponsive most of the (c) openigloo time. Building management doesn’t care (c) openigloo about you.
Advice to owner:
Would like to see better care for tenants aside from collecting rent or send lease renewal mail.

Across the street from the (c) openigloo park, steps from the Parkside (c) openigloo Q, close to lots of (c) openigloo stuff including good laundromat, not (c) openigloo too noisy considering the area, (c) openigloo people and super who live (c) openigloo in building are friendly, some (c) openigloo of the better floor plans (c) openigloo I’ve seen in the area, (c) openigloo elevator, big lobby and nice (c) openigloo intercom system
Cons:
Management are known slum lords. (c) openigloo They email using 2-3 words (c) openigloo max and are either careless (c) openigloo or dense. Super can be (c) openigloo unresponsive sometimes but he must (c) openigloo be overwhelmed with how much (c) openigloo shit is falling apart in (c) openigloo the building. He is a (c) openigloo friendly and hard working guy. (c) openigloo Can’t get rid of the (c) openigloo tiny roaches 2-3x a week (c) openigloo no matter how clean our (c) openigloo unit is, building isn’t well (c) openigloo exterminated.
Advice to owner:
Just put in effort and the building would be really nice
