Holy mice problems!

Quiet overall building. Only studios (c) openigloo do fighting over the washer (c) openigloo dryer is minimal.
Cons:
Major mice infestation for over (c) openigloo a year. Nice have even (c) openigloo eaten the screen on my (c) openigloo windows, twice!
Advice to owner:
Fix the mice problems

The super is fantastic and (c) openigloo responsive and care about the (c) openigloo building and tenants. The units (c) openigloo are well maintained and have (c) openigloo character.
Cons:
High rent increases no amenities (c) openigloo and frequently out of service (c) openigloo laundry room with outdated machines.

- Laundry always breaking, very (c) openigloo old, only 2 machines - Management (c) openigloo does not respond to anything, (c) openigloo when they do they are (c) openigloo rude - Second bedroom does not (c) openigloo have a real window to (c) openigloo the outdoors, no A/C access (c) openigloo or heating - Brown stains on (c) openigloo walls when it rains, heard (c) openigloo from other tenants about mold (c) openigloo problems as well - "No pets" (c) openigloo even though original StreetEasy listing (c) openigloo said pets allowed - Really weak (c) openigloo water pressure - Previous live-in super (c) openigloo was timely and responsive, new (c) openigloo super not so much - Can (c) openigloo get noise from the outdoor (c) openigloo patio space attached to another (c) openigloo building

-Management not very responsive -Bug (c) openigloo problems year round -The heat gets (c) openigloo blasted and out of your (c) openigloo control -Break ins

Be a little more responsive, courteous and understanding when tenants bring up issues.
Nice unit, leaky roof

Really nice natural light from (c) openigloo skylights in kitchen and bathroom, (c) openigloo windows on two sides in (c) openigloo bedroom, convenient layout

Surprisingly the skylights did not (c) openigloo leak but the roof would (c) openigloo freeze and we’d get severe (c) openigloo leaks in the corner of (c) openigloo the living room each winter. (c) openigloo Cold in winter in bedroom. (c) openigloo Management company was absolutely horrible (c) openigloo to interact with, which was (c) openigloo needed when a rent check (c) openigloo was mislaid and when a (c) openigloo repair was needed.

I think you manage too many apartments to just have the one secretary responding to everything

There is laundry in the (c) openigloo building and overall everything is (c) openigloo well maintained (some of the (c) openigloo appliances are a little old).
Cons:
There are really three buildings (c) openigloo that share an entrance and (c) openigloo sometimes that confuses delivery people (c) openigloo when they try to find (c) openigloo their way around or to (c) openigloo buzz in.
