Unreliable Property Management Company: A Disastrous Experience with Ineptitude
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Friendly and Peaceful Neighbors: (c) openigloo One positive aspect of the (c) openigloo property managed by Freestone Property (c) openigloo Group is the presence of (c) openigloo friendly and considerate neighbors. - (c) openigloo Modern and Stylish Appliances: A (c) openigloo notable advantage of the property (c) openigloo is the presence of relatively (c) openigloo new and stylish appliances. - (c) openigloo Convenient On-Site Gym: The presence (c) openigloo of a gym facility within (c) openigloo the building is a definite (c) openigloo advantage. Access to a fitness (c) openigloo center without needing to travel (c) openigloo elsewhere provides convenience and promotes (c) openigloo a healthy lifestyle. - Availability of (c) openigloo Bike Storage: While the bike (c) openigloo storage room may be packed (c) openigloo with items, the fact that (c) openigloo there is a designated space (c) openigloo for storing bicycles is a (c) openigloo positive feature. It offers a (c) openigloo secure area for residents to (c) openigloo store their bikes, adding convenience (c) openigloo and peace of mind. - Well-Located: (c) openigloo The property managed by Freestone (c) openigloo Property Group enjoys a favorable (c) openigloo location.
Cons:
- Incompetent Workmanship: The teams (c) openigloo assigned by Freestone Property Group (c) openigloo to resolve the leak issue (c) openigloo were shockingly inept. Instead of (c) openigloo resolving the problem, their attempts (c) openigloo exacerbated the situation and caused (c) openigloo additional damages. Their lack of (c) openigloo expertise and attention to detail (c) openigloo raised serious concerns about their (c) openigloo ability to handle basic maintenance (c) openigloo tasks competently. Evidently, they lacked (c) openigloo the necessary skills and experience (c) openigloo to address such issues effectively. - (c) openigloo Communication Breakdown: Freestone Property Group's (c) openigloo communication left much to be (c) openigloo desired. Their responsiveness was inconsistent, (c) openigloo with unanswered messages and unreturned (c) openigloo calls becoming the norm. The (c) openigloo lack of clear and timely (c) openigloo communication further added to the (c) openigloo frustration of dealing with the (c) openigloo unresolved leak problem. It was (c) openigloo evident that they did not (c) openigloo prioritize effective and open lines (c) openigloo of communication with their tenants. - (c) openigloo Neglected Trash Management: Another glaring (c) openigloo issue was Freestone Property Group's (c) openigloo negligence in handling regular trash (c) openigloo collection. The accumulation of trash (c) openigloo in front of the building (c) openigloo was an ongoing problem, resulting (c) openigloo in an unsightly and unhygienic (c) openigloo environment. Their failure to maintain (c) openigloo proper trash management demonstrated a (c) openigloo lack of attention to basic (c) openigloo cleanliness and tenant comfort. - Misleading (c) openigloo Information on Outdoor Furniture: The (c) openigloo real estate agent provided misleading (c) openigloo information regarding the availability of (c) openigloo outdoor furniture. It was never (c) openigloo delivered as promised despite indicating (c) openigloo that outdoor furniture would be (c) openigloo provided. This miscommunication highlights the (c) openigloo lack of coordination and reliability (c) openigloo within the company.
Watch out for Erica Zavala and Dinara Igembayeva
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartment itself is cute
Cons:
Management does not answer. They (c) openigloo purposefully ignored us in September (c) openigloo when we found dead body (c) openigloo parts in our fridge from (c) openigloo the last tenant, the unit (c) openigloo has flooded 3x and no (c) openigloo one will answer emails so (c) openigloo we’re now living in a (c) openigloo mold infested apartment, Erica and (c) openigloo Dinara also allowed our fire (c) openigloo alarm to continue blaring for (c) openigloo over a month.
Advice to owner:
My advice to Erica and Dinara is to quit. This clearly isn’t the right career for either of you. In order to be a property manager, you should.. wait for it.. need to manage your properties and their issues. Erica and Dinara are neglectful and lazy, they do not care about tenants or their safety.
Don't be fooled, a tenement building is still a tenement building.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, access to subway, interesting (c) openigloo shops nearby
Cons:
It's a renovated tenement building. (c) openigloo My issues included: 1) Impossible (c) openigloo to sleep at night in (c) openigloo the room by the street (c) openigloo (Clinton) because this is the (c) openigloo first exit off Williamsburg bridge; 2) (c) openigloo Dust from nearby construction getting (c) openigloo all over my unit 3) Constant (c) openigloo ceiling leak 4) The trash room (c) openigloo below was not sealed off (c) openigloo from the AC vent and (c) openigloo I could smell the trash (c) openigloo in the summer
Advice to owner:
Fix your property, and don't hire Misrahi Realty because they were very scummy.
