NYCHA BUILDING ALERT
Former Tenant
Pros:
It's a nycha building meaning (c) openigloo you get a certain amount (c) openigloo of rent
Cons:
Crackheads coming in and put/living (c) openigloo there; drug use; roaches; rats; (c) openigloo litter; bad neighborhood kids like (c) openigloo to station here
Unacceptable living standards
Former Tenant
Pros:
Sadly, there are very little (c) openigloo “pros” for this kind of (c) openigloo living.
Cons:
Weak foundation, infestations, multiple cracks (c) openigloo and holes in ever apartment. (c) openigloo Poor pest control protocols (mice, (c) openigloo rats, roaches everywhere).
Advice to owner:
Adhere to pest control protocols (mice and roach infestations) regularly assess the foundation of the building as multiple cracks and holes have developed into gaping holes that are impossible to fix without calling the office 100x and even then, no one arrives. Treat your tenants like humans. These living conditions are deplorable and continuing to allow such conditions to exist is inhumane, negligent and unacceptable.
City Housing
Former Tenant
Pros:
The neighbors been there for (c) openigloo a while so they all (c) openigloo try to stick together to (c) openigloo keep up with building.
Cons:

Advice to owner:
The building needs help Real help
Area is extremely dangerous, living conditions are horrid in this building.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nothing good to say
Cons:
The elevator is always acting (c) openigloo up There’s no cameras Nycha workers (c) openigloo will leave you in unlivable (c) openigloo conditions and not care There’s (c) openigloo no heat in the winter (c) openigloo In the summer if you (c) openigloo have “ too many things” (c) openigloo plugged in then the power (c) openigloo in the entire apartment will (c) openigloo shut off.
Advice to owner:
Fire everyone and get a whole new crew of people actually willing to help the building and it’s tenants
