INHUMANE UNSAFE AND UNSANITARY

Neighbors do their own thing (c) openigloo and the location is convenient

Lots: Bedbug infestation throughout the (c) openigloo building; lock on the door (c) openigloo to the building was removed (c) openigloo so there's constant trespassing by (c) openigloo strangers, homeless people, prostitutes, drug (c) openigloo dealers and users and they (c) openigloo either hang out, sleep or (c) openigloo have sex in the staircase; (c) openigloo the building is always dirty (c) openigloo as we haven't had a (c) openigloo super in over a year; (c) openigloo the trash piles up in (c) openigloo front of the building and (c) openigloo all throughout the staircases; packages (c) openigloo get stolen all the time (c) openigloo unless you stay on top (c) openigloo of your delivery and grab (c) openigloo them in time. Management is (c) openigloo absolutely terrible and never provides (c) openigloo the support you need. If (c) openigloo something needs to be repaired, (c) openigloo you have to call constantly (c) openigloo and email in order to (c) openigloo hopefully get someone to come (c) openigloo within a week of you (c) openigloo needed help. The repairs are (c) openigloo always a patch job and (c) openigloo never 100% complete. Management is (c) openigloo a scam. Robin Ignico is (c) openigloo in charge and has claimed (c) openigloo on several occasions years apart (c) openigloo that another company is buying (c) openigloo them out to later find (c) openigloo out it's her again. She (c) openigloo doesn't care for things to (c) openigloo be humane and in good (c) openigloo condition.

Sell to people who actually care.

Nice neighborhood , very nice (c) openigloo neighbors , calm environment very (c) openigloo quite.
Cons:
The building is usually very (c) openigloo filthy , very little maintenance (c) openigloo if any at all. Building (c) openigloo company very unresponsive.
Advice to owner:
Pay more attention to the property, in relations to keep it clean and sanitary. Cameras should definitely be installed to keep strangers from loitering or entering the building.
