Cons:
Super not helpful. Hard to (c) openigloo get replacement appliances. Took months (c) openigloo to repair things. A few (c) openigloo unseemly neighbors. Packages get stolen.

Dirty, rats and roaches, neglecting (c) openigloo property owners and super, lazy (c) openigloo building workers, old breaking down (c) openigloo building. No security cameras, constant (c) openigloo theft, broken glass, and mailboxes. (c) openigloo Stolen packages.

Fix the building and apartments and get some workers who actually clean and do work in the building.
