Had all the amenities you (c) openigloo could want (Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, updated (c) openigloo appliances, in close proximity to (c) openigloo grocery stores, subways, gyms, and (c) openigloo other businesses. Amazing location, great (c) openigloo supervisor.
Cons:
Occasional pests, no roof access

Had a mouse problem for (c) openigloo a few months but hole (c) openigloo in a/c unit was fixed (c) openigloo and that did the trick

Pros:
The entryway/stairwells are nicely renovated (c) openigloo and very spacious. The finishings (c) openigloo overall are very nice. The (c) openigloo location is excellent.
Cons:
For a renovated building the (c) openigloo walls are very thin. The (c) openigloo appliances are expensive brands, but (c) openigloo lack some basic features like (c) openigloo a preheat indicator on the (c) openigloo oven. No laundry in apartment.

but living there was hellish. (c) openigloo Appropriate for maybe up to (c) openigloo early 20 yr olds in (c) openigloo college.
Advice to owner:
Hire a more conscientious handyman who doesn't quote $100 bucks for every little fix like hanging a mirror, etc.

Pros:
Convenient location on a street (c) openigloo that is closed to cars (c) openigloo on school days, nice new (c) openigloo appliances and hard wood floors, (c) openigloo ButterflyMX system to open the (c) openigloo door
Cons:
Bugs would get in EVERYWHERE, (c) openigloo windows wouldn’t properly close even (c) openigloo when shut so cold air (c) openigloo got in during the winter (c) openigloo all the time. The gas (c) openigloo has now been shut off (c) openigloo for over 2 months (cannot (c) openigloo cook, we had only cold (c) openigloo water for a week). The (c) openigloo shower takes forever to get (c) openigloo hot and then it suddenly (c) openigloo gets too hot, and then (c) openigloo cold water from the tap (c) openigloo gets insanely hot. The lights (c) openigloo dim every time you use (c) openigloo the microwave or a toaster. (c) openigloo Packages have been stolen and (c) openigloo the video cameras monitoring the (c) openigloo mail area & outdoor are (c) openigloo essentially fakes, management has no (c) openigloo way of accessing the recordings.
Advice to owner:
Charge less. The price is a complete rip off

Pros:
The apartment I lived in (c) openigloo was nicely remodeled and had (c) openigloo a washer dryer in unit.
Cons:
The all in one washer (c) openigloo dryer didnt work well. (c) openigloo It would also get extremely (c) openigloo hot when the dryer was (c) openigloo on, which was not ideal (c) openigloo in the summer. The (c) openigloo water temps were tough to (c) openigloo control. Not sure if (c) openigloo it was a 5th floor (c) openigloo issue or not, but it (c) openigloo took sometimes 10 minutes to (c) openigloo get hot water. Finally, (c) openigloo the noise from 2nd avenue (c) openigloo was too much for me, (c) openigloo so i had to move.
Advice to owner:
Figure out the water temp issues.
Water pressure and location are the only redeeming qualities

Pros:
The location and water pressure (c) openigloo are great. I also like (c) openigloo the finishes HOWEVER please read (c) openigloo below for cons.
Cons:
Almost every apartment on the (c) openigloo 3,4 and 5th floor has (c) openigloo mice and TONS of roaches. (c) openigloo I know this because I’ve (c) openigloo been living here for 4 (c) openigloo years on floor 4 and (c) openigloo have friends in the building. (c) openigloo Management does nothing to deal (c) openigloo with these pests and I (c) openigloo have personally spent over $1000 (c) openigloo on exterminators to no avail. (c) openigloo AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF (c) openigloo YOU DONT LIKE PESTS.

Pros:
Pretty well kept. The video (c) openigloo intercom system is nice. Good (c) openigloo area. Fairly responsive when the (c) openigloo ceiling was leaking multiple times.
Cons:
A few of my packages (c) openigloo have gotten stolen. Sometimes the (c) openigloo heat would hardly be on (c) openigloo in the winter. The hallways (c) openigloo are quite dusty but typically (c) openigloo don't see many bugs/critters.
Advice to owner:
Use the security cameras more and do more preventative maintenance for the multiple leaks.
