The management is so incompetent (c) openigloo my roommate thought she was (c) openigloo getting a phishing scam email. (c) openigloo This particularly pertains to RUTH. (c) openigloo She is unresponsive and when (c) openigloo she does, she emails in (c) openigloo broken sentences, will address you (c) openigloo with the wrong name, and (c) openigloo then complain you are ruining (c) openigloo her day (by her doing (c) openigloo her job). Try emailing her (c) openigloo and you will see what (c) openigloo I mean. We are not (c) openigloo resigning due to her alone (c) openigloo because we are sketched out (c) openigloo by the management. OUR RENT (c) openigloo CHECKS WERE STOLEN. And this (c) openigloo happened to many others in (c) openigloo the building, it's very shady. (c) openigloo Now they gave us the (c) openigloo option to wire the money (c) openigloo with a fee. Even the city (c) openigloo had to come out and (c) openigloo do inspections and offer warnings. (c) openigloo There has been dust that (c) openigloo has fallen from our ceiling (c) openigloo through a hole because of (c) openigloo this. Safety is a huge (c) openigloo concern because the door to (c) openigloo the street does not lock (c) openigloo and the second door stays (c) openigloo open for a full 10 (c) openigloo seconds after you unlock it. (c) openigloo Guys it really doesn't (c) openigloo get worse than this. Don't (c) openigloo fall for the location, you (c) openigloo WILL pay for it.
Advice to owner:
FIRE the management company. Hire a real company with real employees with brains.

management was responsive. fridge broke (c) openigloo and management pulled one from (c) openigloo an empty unit and replaced (c) openigloo ours within a few hours (c) openigloo of calling. Hallways (c) openigloo and stairs cleaned weekly.
Cons:

Clean building with relatively responsive (c) openigloo management.
Cons:
Homeless people are often on (c) openigloo the stoop and packages are (c) openigloo always getting stolen. Lots of (c) openigloo little bugs pop up from (c) openigloo time to time.
Advice to owner:
A better way to deal with package delivery and offering a camera/virtual doorman.

(c) openigloo I could hear my neighbor (c) openigloo cough and toilets flushing from (c) openigloo two different apartments - Very cheap (c) openigloo finishes that'd always break - Foundations (c) openigloo of the building were old (c) openigloo and in constant need of (c) openigloo repairs. A major leak sprung (c) openigloo from my ceiling, my heat (c) openigloo stopped working in the winter, (c) openigloo a pipe had to be (c) openigloo replaced in my bathroom - Landlord (c) openigloo simply does not care about (c) openigloo the tenants
