Decent apartment, bad management

- big apartment - updated bathroom, (c) openigloo fridge, and dishwasher - nice doormen - (c) openigloo never had any bugs or (c) openigloo pests - decent price
Cons:
- the stove and AC (c) openigloo unit are ancient. The AC/heater (c) openigloo is so loud that you (c) openigloo can’t watch TV with it (c) openigloo on - the layout of (c) openigloo the apartment is odd, there (c) openigloo is very little space for (c) openigloo storage in the kitchen. Also (c) openigloo the giant AC units take (c) openigloo up a lot space. - (c) openigloo the management company is bad. (c) openigloo They take FOREVER to respond, (c) openigloo take FOREVER to fix major (c) openigloo issues, and are pretty rude

The super doesn’t really do (c) openigloo much work, if you need (c) openigloo anything fixed, forget about it. (c) openigloo It will have to go (c) openigloo through management which takes weeks (c) openigloo to over a month to (c) openigloo respond back to maintenance requests. (c) openigloo Management is unresponsive to follow (c) openigloo up calls or emails. Lots (c) openigloo of cockroaches.
Advice to owner:
Please take better care of your tenants

Convenient location close to all (c) openigloo the major subways. Neighbors were (c) openigloo quiet and respectful. I think (c) openigloo the size and quality of (c) openigloo the apartments was pretty nice (c) openigloo for the price

The amenities like the gym, (c) openigloo common areas, washing machines are (c) openigloo all on the top floor. (c) openigloo Just beneath are the "penthouse (c) openigloo apartments". It was incredibly obnoxious (c) openigloo to have a gym on (c) openigloo the floor above an apartment. (c) openigloo I don't understand how it's (c) openigloo even legal to rent an (c) openigloo apartment with so much noise (c) openigloo (and vibration) directly overhead. Of (c) openigloo course I noticed this immediately (c) openigloo after moving in (and I (c) openigloo felt like an idiot for (c) openigloo not thinking about it before (c) openigloo signing) and immediately contacted management. (c) openigloo They were incredibly hard to (c) openigloo reach, never helped or acknowledged (c) openigloo the problem. Then covid hit (c) openigloo and I left the apartment (c) openigloo until the end of the (c) openigloo lease anyway. So it was (c) openigloo never resolved and I suspect (c) openigloo the next poor tenant to (c) openigloo sign there will find out (c) openigloo the exact same thing :( (c) openigloo Beware!
Advice to owner:
Don't rent out apt PHC or move the gym! It was pure torture living there having your desk rattle as people upstairs run on the treadmill or drop weights.
This building is not worth the trouble

Nothing is given to you (c) openigloo in case of fire, not (c) openigloo even in the hallway, elevator (c) openigloo stays out of service, Super (c) openigloo Intendant doesn’t not attempt to (c) openigloo solve any issues, the water (c) openigloo makes you really sick, neighbors (c) openigloo are not friendly at all

You guys are not responsive at all and it’s disrespectful to your tenants
