There was a major leak (c) openigloo in the building and management (c) openigloo has yet to do anything (c) openigloo about the water damage and (c) openigloo subsequent mold. It would be (c) openigloo hard to fix the building (c) openigloo without tearing many of the (c) openigloo walls down, but the mold (c) openigloo could at least be treated. (c) openigloo Unfortunately, there are extremely messy (c) openigloo tenants which results in dirt (c) openigloo and debris constantly being in (c) openigloo the stairwell. The super cleans (c) openigloo once a month, but it (c) openigloo is otherwise filthy and smelly. Central air, massive bath tub, (c) openigloo little balcony, pretty quiet, in (c) openigloo unit washer dryer, dishwasher

Cannot have packages delivered here. (c) openigloo They will get stolen. (c) openigloo 2 bedroom is not a (c) openigloo true 2 bedroom. The second (c) openigloo small room is tiny (c) openigloo AF and the closet is (c) openigloo a joke.
Advice to owner:
Add a space to have packagers delivered safely

None they are terrible humans.
Cons:
They rented their space to (c) openigloo a whole youth program and (c) openigloo community space knowing they had (c) openigloo a big mold issue. We (c) openigloo continued paying rent and they (c) openigloo ignored all of our request. (c) openigloo It made people sick so (c) openigloo all of our members left (c) openigloo and it destroyed our business (c) openigloo model and program. When we (c) openigloo started fighting back the owners (c) openigloo became aggressive, started recording us (c) openigloo In our space and installed (c) openigloo cameras leading directly into our (c) openigloo space.

The maintenance man did a (c) openigloo great job at upkeeping the (c) openigloo building, and it was mostly (c) openigloo very clean. I felt safe (c) openigloo and welcomed in the building.
Cons:
- The management raises rents (c) openigloo tremendously to the point they’re (c) openigloo pushing out good tenants. -Management (c) openigloo takes a long time to (c) openigloo answer emails especially about repairs (c) openigloo or concerns. It’s best to (c) openigloo get someone’s number to speak (c) openigloo directly.
Advice to owner:
Value your tenants and don’t just look at them as dollar signs. Take accountability for your wrong doings. Make sure all apartments are cleaned and there are no past due bills. A new apartment it is a fresh start for tenants and we don’t need the additional stress.

Nothing! The rooms were incredibly (c) openigloo small, RATS all over the (c) openigloo front and back of building. (c) openigloo People were somewhat freiendly.
Cons:
EVERYTHING! Roof parties untill all (c) openigloo hours in violation of Fire (c) openigloo Departmrnt safety laws. Prolific drug (c) openigloo selling and USE within the (c) openigloo building and RATS ALL OVER (c) openigloo THE FRONT, THE BACK YARD (c) openigloo AND IN THE BASEMENT STORAGE (c) openigloo AREAS!
Advice to owner:
They need a FULL TIME manager onsite to deal with ALL these issues!

(c) openigloo Small building, only 2 apartments (c) openigloo per floor. Quiet building for (c) openigloo the most part, balconies and (c) openigloo windows are adequately soundproofed (not (c) openigloo perfectly quiet, but very good). (c) openigloo Generally responsive management/supers.
Cons:
Apartments are overpriced for what (c) openigloo they are and rent increases (c) openigloo are steep (they will charge (c) openigloo you the max legally allowed). (c) openigloo Dated interiors, janky paint jobs (c) openigloo inside. Narrow staircases and hallways (c) openigloo make moving in and out (c) openigloo a pain, and they do (c) openigloo not sweep the staircases—always dust (c) openigloo and cobwebs in the corners. (c) openigloo Enormous bathtub, but it’s plastic (c) openigloo and super creaky. Can’t sit (c) openigloo on the stoop because the (c) openigloo trash is gathered by the (c) openigloo stairs and there’s a lot (c) openigloo of flies.
Advice to owner:
Stop overcharging and being greedy, or at least modernize the interiors if you’re going to be charging so much.
