Get your building in order so it doesn't affect active residents.

Poor building management. Lots of (c) openigloo package thefts and hallways are (c) openigloo dirty.

Hot water, heat works, neighbors (c) openigloo keep to themselves, good communication (c) openigloo for maintenance, double front doors, (c) openigloo good sized mailboxes, trash area (c) openigloo right at the front. Smells (c) openigloo like good cooking inside

Mice, no thermostat so it’s (c) openigloo too hot a lot of (c) openigloo the time, loud if you (c) openigloo have any south-facing windows because (c) openigloo of the alley, multiple landlords (c) openigloo for different apartments so it’s (c) openigloo confusing who to ask for (c) openigloo help. Also flooding on lower (c) openigloo floors sometimes.

Quiet street in a central (c) openigloo location, accessible to soho, LES, (c) openigloo and Chinatown. Conveniently located a (c) openigloo few blocks from the Delancey (c) openigloo station and east Broadway station. (c) openigloo Lots of galleries and restaurants (c) openigloo around.
