Cons:
Rat infestation, flooding in apartments, (c) openigloo scaffolding was up for years (c) openigloo and we had to keep (c) openigloo curtains closed because construction workers (c) openigloo used the landing outside of (c) openigloo our apartment as home base. (c) openigloo No insulation with the windows (c) openigloo and each room has its (c) openigloo own electric AC/heater that was (c) openigloo massively expensive. Energy bill averaged (c) openigloo $500 per month for a (c) openigloo 500 sq ft apartment.

Get your building in order so it doesn't affect active residents.

Mice, no thermostat so it’s (c) openigloo too hot a lot of (c) openigloo the time, loud if you (c) openigloo have any south-facing windows because (c) openigloo of the alley, multiple landlords (c) openigloo for different apartments so it’s (c) openigloo confusing who to ask for (c) openigloo help. Also flooding on lower (c) openigloo floors sometimes.

Cons:
A units facing two courtyards (c) openigloo on the 2nd floor, so (c) openigloo it really depends on how (c) openigloo courteous your neighbors are and (c) openigloo if they like to throw (c) openigloo summer parties and blast music. Cons:
The energy bill in the (c) openigloo winter is insanely expensive and (c) openigloo the heat does not work (c) openigloo well at all. Packages are (c) openigloo sometimes stolen from the lobby.
