Pros:
Great area. Next to a (c) openigloo lot to do and eat. (c) openigloo Lively on 2nd Ave, but (c) openigloo quiet where apartment is.
Cons:
Water bugs here and there

Pros:
Building is pretty quiet. Buzzer (c) openigloo system in entrance works well. (c) openigloo Garbage in stairwell of lower (c) openigloo level very convenient and glad (c) openigloo it’s not dirty out in (c) openigloo front of the building. Laundry (c) openigloo conveniently located in lower level (c) openigloo as well. Super on site (c) openigloo and same-day response to requests.
Cons:
Typical NYC cons. No elevator (c) openigloo for 6th walk-up. Lobby packages (c) openigloo frequently stolen. Stairwell needs a (c) openigloo good mopping. But overall pretty (c) openigloo clean
Roaches out of control

Pros:
First year living there was (c) openigloo great- I did see a (c) openigloo roach but they were prompt (c) openigloo in fixing the issue. Garbage (c) openigloo area is well kept, neighbours (c) openigloo are generally okay
Cons:
Roaches in my second year (c) openigloo living here have been out (c) openigloo of control. Also mice seen (c) openigloo multiple times in the building. (c) openigloo Management doesn’t respond and the (c) openigloo super Is not always helpful
Advice to owner:
Treat the entire building with pesticide monthly!!!! There is a an infestation!!!

Pros:
The building was well maintained (c) openigloo and the super was always (c) openigloo pretty responsive.
Cons:
Some of the tenants/neighbors were (c) openigloo terribly loud and disruptive and (c) openigloo management never addressed it.
Love and miss this building

Pros:
I loved living in this (c) openigloo building and miss it every (c) openigloo day. Quiet, clean, organized, so (c) openigloo much convenience etc.
Cons:
Only thing that was a (c) openigloo bit difficult was when they (c) openigloo updated the laundry room, there (c) openigloo was not enough space between (c) openigloo the machines and the walls (c) openigloo so it was a bit (c) openigloo difficult anytime more than 1 (c) openigloo person was trying to do (c) openigloo laundry at the same time. (c) openigloo Overall minor complaint though, I (c) openigloo loved having access to so (c) openigloo many machines.
Advice to owner:
Keep doing what you’re doing, keeping the building in such great shape, having a meticulous super, etc.
Overall a good building to live in!

Awesome location, clean (weekly), problems (c) openigloo are being taken care of (c) openigloo in a fast manner, most (c) openigloo neighbors are sweet and respectful
Cons:
Packages get stolen occasionally. The (c) openigloo heat is a little out (c) openigloo of control but that seems (c) openigloo to be typical for those (c) openigloo types of older buildings
Advice to owner:
Find a solution for packages.

Great live-in super. The (c) openigloo building is pretty well maintained. (c) openigloo A nice quiet block.
Cons:
The walls could be thicker. (c) openigloo Sometimes we have problems (c) openigloo with deliveries being stolen or (c) openigloo destroyed.
Advice to owner:
Create locked package rooms.
