The AC/heater (c) openigloo is so loud that you (c) openigloo can’t watch TV with it (c) openigloo on - the layout of (c) openigloo the apartment is odd, there (c) openigloo is very little space for (c) openigloo storage in the kitchen. Also (c) openigloo the giant AC units take (c) openigloo up a lot space. - (c) openigloo the management company is bad. (c) openigloo They take FOREVER to respond, (c) openigloo take FOREVER to fix major (c) openigloo issues, and are pretty rude

The building was clean and (c) openigloo had great temperature control

Excellent staff, great apartments and (c) openigloo concerns are dealt with immediately!! (c) openigloo (Plumbing, electric, appliances, etc). (c) openigloo Excellent location to enjoy Park (c) openigloo Slope and Gowanus as well (c) openigloo as Carroll Gardens!

This building is nicely maintained (c) openigloo and overall very clean, but (c) openigloo lobby hallways and entrances need (c) openigloo update! Wall paper peeling and (c) openigloo floorboards are dirty. Truly an (c) openigloo age problem more than lack (c) openigloo of care. BIG CON~AC units (c) openigloo are not good for building. (c) openigloo Summer can cost over $500/mo.

People who live in the (c) openigloo building next door are crazy (c) openigloo but they only have an (c) openigloo issue with you if you (c) openigloo leave stuff out on the (c) openigloo street

Great rooftop view, and never (c) openigloo seen a single rodent or (c) openigloo roach.

The appliances are terrible quality (c) openigloo and super is only moderately (c) openigloo responsive

Windows are quality and very (c) openigloo sound proof despite nearby bridge (c) openigloo and highway ramps

Management and super ignore maintenance (c) openigloo requests. Have gone with no (c) openigloo A/c for 3 months on (c) openigloo two separate occasions. Would pass (c) openigloo on living here for this (c) openigloo reason alone

The super doesn’t really do (c) openigloo much work, if you need (c) openigloo anything fixed, forget about it. (c) openigloo It will have to go (c) openigloo through management which takes weeks (c) openigloo to over a month to (c) openigloo respond back to maintenance requests. (c) openigloo Management is unresponsive to follow (c) openigloo up calls or emails. Lots (c) openigloo of cockroaches.
