My biggest complaints: -- There were (c) openigloo mice in my apartment for (c) openigloo the first year of living (c) openigloo there. Eventually they brought in (c) openigloo a guy who laid down (c) openigloo some serious poison and after (c) openigloo that, never saw them again -- (c) openigloo Package theft. There were so (c) openigloo many times my own and (c) openigloo other resident packages were stolen. (c) openigloo There was a good 3 (c) openigloo month string where it was (c) openigloo happening so often someone wrote (c) openigloo a note in the lobby (c) openigloo threatening whoever was doing it. (c) openigloo I eventually had to start (c) openigloo shipping my packages to my (c) openigloo friend's apartment -- No security cameras. (c) openigloo So this building is right (c) openigloo on the corner of 1st (c) openigloo Ave. The back exit door (c) openigloo wouldn't always shut so people (c) openigloo could get in easily. The (c) openigloo front entrance was a bit (c) openigloo more difficult but buzzing up (c) openigloo ofc made it easy for (c) openigloo anyone to get in. Security (c) openigloo cameras could've easily fixed the (c) openigloo stolen package issue as well (c) openigloo as provided an extra sense (c) openigloo of security for other residents. (c) openigloo -- Took 10 min to (c) openigloo get hot water in shower -- (c) openigloo No hot water in kitchen

Affordable for the area

Elevator would sometimes jump floors, (c) openigloo on an extremely loud street, (c) openigloo had very loud construction going (c) openigloo on the outside/roof of the (c) openigloo building the whole time I (c) openigloo lived there, shower would take (c) openigloo up to 10 minutes to (c) openigloo get hot

Rent is nice for the (c) openigloo space you get, have not (c) openigloo had any issues with pests, (c) openigloo the garbage is taken out (c) openigloo often

Packages get stolen, the heat (c) openigloo is way too hot, maintenance (c) openigloo requests don’t get answered very (c) openigloo quickly

Great and responsive management Very (c) openigloo safe Package delivery is safe (c) openigloo Many washer/dryers available

The floors are bare concrete (c) openigloo so it can get pretty (c) openigloo cold. Maybe bring a rug

Really close to the subway (c) openigloo and on a quiet street! (c) openigloo Really enjoyed living there!!

Apt wasn’t as updated as (c) openigloo I would like and the (c) openigloo owner was not friendly.

Promote the super Manuel!!!

Great location, cheap rent for (c) openigloo the neighborhood, fairly spacious apartment

The management is awful, rude, (c) openigloo and irresponsible. I had an (c) openigloo emergent issue with my apartment (c) openigloo and they refused to come. (c) openigloo Then, they refused to compensate (c) openigloo me for the money I (c) openigloo had to spend to fix (c) openigloo it. The super lied about (c) openigloo a conversation we had and (c) openigloo the landlord is completely unresponsive. (c) openigloo Additionally, the elevator has been (c) openigloo broken more than it has (c) openigloo worked. People regularly get stuck. (c) openigloo I know the fire department (c) openigloo well. Would not recommend moving (c) openigloo here at all.

Laundry in my unit. Just (c) openigloo moving to get a bigger (c) openigloo place

My wall is an additional (c) openigloo built flex wall, but sold (c) openigloo at a two bedroom
