Cons:
Our apartment was barely updated (c) openigloo and then they price gouged (c) openigloo us after covid. We didn't (c) openigloo have one closet in the (c) openigloo entire apartment. And only one (c) openigloo sink in the kitchen. No (c) openigloo sink in the bathroom. No (c) openigloo one should be paying thousands (c) openigloo of dollars for a room (c) openigloo that only fits a full (c) openigloo and a dresser. Especially if (c) openigloo there is no other space

Building wasn’t expensive and a (c) openigloo good location. Rooftop is great (c) openigloo also

Building was a mess. The (c) openigloo garbage room was disgusting and (c) openigloo the hallway entrance always reeked (c) openigloo of garbage. Buzzer was broken (c) openigloo for months and the managing (c) openigloo company is not very responsive

Front door lock is broken (c) openigloo and packages get stolen, heat (c) openigloo often doesn’t work in the (c) openigloo winter, mice, roaches, super doesn’t (c) openigloo show up to fix things, (c) openigloo someone keeps taking the trash (c) openigloo room door code off the (c) openigloo door so trash gets piled (c) openigloo into the lobby

Cons:
We had issues with hot (c) openigloo water outages that weren't announced (c) openigloo ahead of time, pests in (c) openigloo the hallways, and an inattentive (c) openigloo super/owner that was nearly impossible (c) openigloo to get ahold of to (c) openigloo fix any issues
Advice to owner:
Get a super that responds when there's a problem

Quiet and clean building. We (c) openigloo never had issues with hot (c) openigloo water or water pressure. No (c) openigloo bugs or mice.
Cons:
There was a rat problem (c) openigloo in the trash alley in (c) openigloo the winter. It was eventually (c) openigloo handled but was quite bad (c) openigloo for some time. The management (c) openigloo company will absolutely never respond (c) openigloo to your emails. They essentially (c) openigloo forced us to pay for (c) openigloo a lock that came broken (c) openigloo when we moved in because (c) openigloo they never responded to our (c) openigloo emails about reimbursement. Additionally it (c) openigloo took them over a month (c) openigloo to fix our broken kitchen (c) openigloo appliance and they did not (c) openigloo compensate us via rent reduction (c) openigloo when we asked.
Advice to owner:
Please be more responsive to your tenants.

Good location but it’s loud (c) openigloo and getting more unsafe. No (c) openigloo bugs tho which is great.

Takes a while for the (c) openigloo them to respond to requests (c) openigloo and can get dirty in (c) openigloo hallways

Location, rooftop, decent pest control, (c) openigloo easy neighbors, pretty quiet.
Cons:
Management is less than responsive (c) openigloo on both minor and major/urgent (c) openigloo issues. Heat is nonexistent in (c) openigloo the winter. Our neighbors are (c) openigloo currently suing the building due (c) openigloo to sewage backup into their (c) openigloo apartment. Packages are stolen 50% (c) openigloo of the time.
Advice to owner:
Treat your tenants with at least some respect/care. Saying there’s “nothing you can do” about heat/hot water issues and packages consistently being stolen (there are no cameras installed in this building) is unacceptable.
