High ceilings. No roaches or (c) openigloo rats. I’ve been here 2 (c) openigloo years and only seen 3 (c) openigloo cockroaches on separate occasions, all (c) openigloo after a rainy day.
Cons:
The heat is NOT sufficient (c) openigloo enough. I have to use (c) openigloo a heater which sky rockets (c) openigloo my coned bill.

Fix the heat

My unit faces the rear, (c) openigloo which means it's been mostly (c) openigloo very quiet. There is a (c) openigloo restaurant with backyard seating below (c) openigloo my window, but there's only (c) openigloo noise from 11am - 10pm, (c) openigloo at most. Water pressure is (c) openigloo good, and of course the (c) openigloo location is great.
Cons:
Some neighbors are loud and (c) openigloo there seems to be a (c) openigloo lot of college students in (c) openigloo the building. Some neighbors have (c) openigloo left trash in the hallways. (c) openigloo The heat doesn't seem to (c) openigloo be working properly, especially for (c) openigloo a unit of this size (c) openigloo (studio).
Advice to owner:
Turn up the heat and work with tenants to try to regulate the noise.
Management company is the worst

Location is great, Clean, awesome (c) openigloo maintenance guy
Cons:
No gas service for 5+ (c) openigloo months, changing gas to electric (c) openigloo stove without telling tenants, major (c) openigloo construction without any notification, zero (c) openigloo communication from property management about (c) openigloo issues, tried to enter my (c) openigloo apartment for 3+ hours of (c) openigloo construction with no prior notice, (c) openigloo heat constantly goes out, front (c) openigloo door has issues that leave (c) openigloo building with out locks
Advice to owner:
Get a better management company and communicate much better
Easy, loud, not cheap
