The building has a rat (c) openigloo infestation! RUN. I reported multiple (c) openigloo complaints with the management company (c) openigloo only for them to deny (c) openigloo there was a problem. I (c) openigloo filled a complain with 311. (c) openigloo The building inspector that came (c) openigloo out told me this building (c) openigloo has been a problem for (c) openigloo a long time! Do yourself (c) openigloo a favor, avoid this place!

they did not clean the (c) openigloo apartment prior to move-in. It (c) openigloo was completely trashed, the refrigerator (c) openigloo had a syringe and there (c) openigloo were open holes throughout the (c) openigloo apartment that were not patched (c) openigloo up. there was a huge (c) openigloo mouse problem. the heat was (c) openigloo not adjustable and controlled by (c) openigloo the super and was too (c) openigloo hot. we would keep the (c) openigloo window open during the dead (c) openigloo of winter.

My unit is fully updated (c) openigloo with washer dryer and dishwasher, (c) openigloo pretty good deal. The street (c) openigloo is pretty quiet which is (c) openigloo nice.
Cons:
Packages get stolen sometimes. Management (c) openigloo is awful and unresponsive.
