very quiet building, couple blocks (c) openigloo from multiple super market and (c) openigloo the q &4-5-6 lines, the (c) openigloo super is very responsive and (c) openigloo helpful, the building is older (c) openigloo but when issues arise they're (c) openigloo fixed pretty quick,
Cons:
the hallways don't get cleaned (c) openigloo that often, had some issues (c) openigloo with packages being stolen but (c) openigloo that's not the building fault (c) openigloo really, had some issues with (c) openigloo leaks from a lot of (c) openigloo rain recently but I'm told (c) openigloo they're working on fixing it

Lots (c) openigloo of closet space, little to (c) openigloo no vermin, save the occasional (c) openigloo roach, low rent, responsive management. (c) openigloo Never raised our rent too (c) openigloo much year over year and (c) openigloo got a rent deduction during (c) openigloo Covid
Cons:
So ridiculously hot in the (c) openigloo winter, walls in the building (c) openigloo are paper thin so you (c) openigloo could hear every conversation, neighbors (c) openigloo tend to be younger, terrible (c) openigloo water pressure, and Super when (c) openigloo I was there was super (c) openigloo defensive and didn’t want to (c) openigloo do anything,

Building is pretty quiet. Buzzer (c) openigloo system in entrance works well. (c) openigloo Garbage in stairwell of lower (c) openigloo level very convenient and glad (c) openigloo it’s not dirty out in (c) openigloo front of the building. Laundry (c) openigloo conveniently located in lower level (c) openigloo as well. Super on site (c) openigloo and same-day response to requests.
Cons:
Typical NYC cons. No elevator (c) openigloo for 6th walk-up. Lobby packages (c) openigloo frequently stolen. Stairwell needs a (c) openigloo good mopping. But overall pretty (c) openigloo clean

First year living there was (c) openigloo great- I did see a (c) openigloo roach but they were prompt (c) openigloo in fixing the issue. Garbage (c) openigloo area is well kept, neighbours (c) openigloo are generally okay

Roaches in my second year (c) openigloo living here have been out (c) openigloo of control. Also mice seen (c) openigloo multiple times in the building. (c) openigloo Management doesn’t respond and the (c) openigloo super Is not always helpful
Advice to owner:
Treat the entire building with pesticide monthly!!!! There is a an infestation!!!

Roof access, pet friendly, cheap, (c) openigloo neighborhood if you like families. (c) openigloo Clean unit when I moved (c) openigloo it.
Cons:
Package theft! Out of 7packages (c) openigloo I had delivered, 3 were (c) openigloo stolen. Was told it was (c) openigloo Fios ready, it was not.
Advice to owner:
Fill in the gaps around pipes, including radiators to stop cockroaches from spreading. The cost for heat resistant foam or insulation, is cheaper than exterminators.
Garbage Always welcoming you as you enter the building

Great Super and responsive. He (c) openigloo does what he can to (c) openigloo manage the garbage situation. Building (c) openigloo manage does not want to (c) openigloo hire a private garbage removal (c) openigloo company.
Cons:
Garbage management is poor. There (c) openigloo is insufficient storage for day (c) openigloo to day waste. The street (c) openigloo is always dirty.
Advice to owner:
Deal with the overwhelming garbage. It will help the turnover problem with supers and tenants and will make a much better work environment for the super. The super will have more time to deal with tenants—after all they are your life blood.
