    Alex, the super is very (c) openigloo responsive. Neighbors are very nice. (c) openigloo Apartment is large.
    Cons:
    Elevator is finicky. Small roaches (c) openigloo from time to time, but (c) openigloo they do their best to (c) openigloo manage it. Location on this (c) openigloo side of Broadway has definitely (c) openigloo gotten sketchier in the last (c) openigloo year.

    Building always felt secure and (c) openigloo clean. Not much of a (c) openigloo party building and noise was (c) openigloo kept to a minimum. And (c) openigloo idk bout you, but I (c) openigloo love that I don't see (c) openigloo my neighbors in the hallways (c) openigloo often, don't anyone want to (c) openigloo small talk as I'm getting (c) openigloo home.
    Cons:
    The building runs on central (c) openigloo air, so sometimes it wouldn't (c) openigloo be ac or heat season (c) openigloo even though you needed the (c) openigloo ac or heat.
    Advice to owner:
    Keep the super. He's always attentive and responsive. Plus he just gives great vibes.

    Nothing, BUT there is a (c) openigloo pizza shop close by that (c) openigloo is so good lol.
    Cons:
    - when I first moved (c) openigloo in the management company gave (c) openigloo me a tenants number and (c) openigloo told me it was the (c) openigloo super. I had been texting (c) openigloo this guy for like 2 (c) openigloo weeks asking questions and he (c) openigloo never told me he wasn’t (c) openigloo the super until I called (c) openigloo and complained bc the super (c) openigloo didn’t know anything?? So wtf -there (c) openigloo are exposed pipes in my (c) openigloo house and they get so (c) openigloo hot to the point of (c) openigloo causing burns, and making my (c) openigloo apartment so hot that I (c) openigloo was getting noise bleeds. Literally (c) openigloo had to fight for them (c) openigloo to put installation on it. (c) openigloo They did but phew. - my (c) openigloo kitchen water is grey and (c) openigloo my bathroom water is brown, (c) openigloo I’ve filled so many violations (c) openigloo but my water is still (c) openigloo gross after 2 months, I (c) openigloo was told no one else (c) openigloo is complaining from the lady (c) openigloo at the management company? So (c) openigloo According to her the whole (c) openigloo building loves disgusting water. Still (c) openigloo fighting this currently. - the never (c) openigloo put in screens in my (c) openigloo window so the one day (c) openigloo it was so hot I (c) openigloo had no choice but to (c) openigloo open my windows then a (c) openigloo wonder PIGEON swan dived into (c) openigloo my living room and attacked (c) openigloo my friends back. Yeah. -also (c) openigloo my neighbor is so loud (c) openigloo and sings at the top (c) openigloo of his lung EVERYTIME he (c) openigloo leaves his apartment. He also (c) openigloo has full on 80s style (c) openigloo workout in the hall ways (c) openigloo where he blasts music and (c) openigloo screams the lyrics while intensely (c) openigloo jump roping and slamming the (c) openigloo jump rope against the ground, (c) openigloo he also switches to dribbling (c) openigloo a basketball as hard as (c) openigloo humanly possibly, he does this (c) openigloo at least 4 times a (c) openigloo week. Then the whole hall (c) openigloo way smells like man sweat (c) openigloo & musk. Ew. My insta is (c) openigloo aubriejaworowski
