Loud noises from the street (c) openigloo specially at night - cars (c) openigloo and fireworks - whole (c) openigloo summer and fall. People get (c) openigloo together on the streets in (c) openigloo the summer which also causes (c) openigloo noise at night.
Advice to owner:
Better windows might help reduce the noise.

Small gym (but at least (c) openigloo we had one!)

Cons:
Some neighbors on our floor (c) openigloo were very noisy in the (c) openigloo hallways.
Advice to owner:
Enforce hallway rules a bit more closely (hallway playing of children and dogs)
