Great location. Building (c) openigloo Management and staff are polite (c) openigloo and cordial. The owner (c) openigloo of my unit is very (c) openigloo responsive.
Cons:
Rent is on the higher (c) openigloo side.

Great location, very few maintenance (c) openigloo related issues. 99% of the (c) openigloo in-building staff are great.
Cons:
I had very few complaints (c) openigloo about this building outside of (c) openigloo one terrible concierge (truly awful, (c) openigloo shouldn’t still work there) and (c) openigloo a really bad management company. (c) openigloo Unfortunately, those two things made (c) openigloo it almost unbearable towards the (c) openigloo end of my time there.
Advice to owner:
Force out the long term board of directors and replace AKAM

24 hour doorman, all the (c) openigloo workers were great and worked (c) openigloo hard, gym, conference room, laundry (c) openigloo in building, views
Cons:
HVAC system was broken all (c) openigloo the time, so it was (c) openigloo either crazy hot or crazy (c) openigloo cold. Expensive to fix. Move (c) openigloo in/out hassle with management stupid. (c) openigloo Rules with who can enter (c) openigloo the building (like once our (c) openigloo fridge was broken but the (c) openigloo person couldn't come to fix (c) openigloo it because it was a (c) openigloo holiday).

- Noisy for units above (c) openigloo 3rd Ave (loud trucks, sirens, (c) openigloo and motorcycles at all hours) - (c) openigloo Had a cockroach problem in (c) openigloo kitchen - not sure the (c) openigloo root cause since they kept (c) openigloo coming despite cleanliness of kitchen. (c) openigloo But building has been responsive (c) openigloo with weekly exterminator visits.
Advice to owner:
Install double paned windows to help noise-proof.

This location hits the sweet (c) openigloo spot for those who can (c) openigloo call it home. Incredible location: (c) openigloo vibrant and family friendly. In (c) openigloo the center of everything. Walking (c) openigloo distance to all train lines. (c) openigloo Park views. Incredibly friendly and (c) openigloo caring doormen. And great and (c) openigloo responsive building maintenance. Incredibly clean. (c) openigloo Great amenities: gym, pent house (c) openigloo lounge, storage, laundry, mail room, (c) openigloo and clothing donation, in addition (c) openigloo to an annual building Halloween (c) openigloo party for the kiddos.
Cons:
While the building employees are (c) openigloo fabulous, the neighbors tend to (c) openigloo stick to themselves—not very social.
Advice to owner:
Keep it up!
